1275407 Edible foam LENDERINK & CO NV 21 May 1969 [23 May 1968] 24733/68 Heading A2B An edible foam product may be prepared by forming an aqueous mixture comprising a foamable protein, a fatty material, and an edible binder selected from guar and the carrageenates of sodium, potassium, and calcium, and foaming the resulting mixture while the fat is in the liquid state. A dry mixture of the powdered protein and binder with optionally the fat may be used as the starting material. No emulsifiier is present.
