Abstract

Sweet comprises prune cream coated with a thin layer of chocolate, with a final appearance of a prune. Pref. the compsn. comprises 65% sweetened prune cream, 20% chocolate enrobing, 10% stewed apple, 2.5% pectin, and 2.5% armagnac brandy. The bonbons are a speciality of the Agen region.
