Appareil pour enlever les poils et duvets sur les vêtements.
Les poils et les duvets qui adhèrent aux tissus, et notamment aux vêtements, ne peuvent en général être enlevés que difficilement avec une brosse. Dans certains cas, la brosse ne permet pas d'enlever ces substances qui doivent être retirées à la main. Pour faciliter ce travail, on a déjà proposé d'utiliser un rouleau avec une bande collante disposée de façon tournante dans un support ou un boîtier avec une couche de matière adhésive placée à l'extérieur.
Lorsqu'on passe ce dispositif sur le vêtement, le rouleau tourne sur l'étoffe et les poils ou les duvets restent attachées à la couche de matière adhésive.
Cet appareil fonctionne de façon satisfaisante avec des étoffes lisses. Mais, dans le cas d'étoffes ayant une surface non lisse, comme par exemple la peluche, le velours, le reps, le velours côtelé, etc., il n'est pas possible d'enlever totalement les poils et les duvets.
La présente invention a notamment pour but d'éviter ces inconvénients. Elle concerne à cet effet un appareil pour enlever les poils et duvets sur les vêtements, appareil muni d'un rouleau à bande de matière adhésive, disposé de façon tournante dans un boîtier, appareil caractérisé par ce que une brosse ou plusieurs rangées de soies de brosse sont disposées avant le rouleau ou après le rouleau ou à la fois avant et après le rouleau, ce qui permet de soulever partiellement les poils ou duvets qui sont alors saisis par le rouleau, et d'obtenir un nettoyage parfait non seulement de la poussière mais aussi des poils et duvets adhérant au vêtement.
L'invention s'étend également aux caractéristiques résultant de la description ci-après et des dessins annexés ainsi qu'à leurs combinaisons possibles.
La description se rapporte à des exemples de réalisation représentés aux dessins, dans lesquels : La figure 1 montre l'appareil vu par le dessous, le couvercle de fermeture sur le côté gauche et le rouleau n'étant pas représentés; La figure 2 montre l'appareil vu de face avec une coupe partielle; La figure montre une vue latérale avec une coupe partielle.
Le dispositif se compose du boîtier 1, du cylindre 2 et de deux couvercles de fermeture 3 et 4.
Le cylindre 2, qui sert de support pour un rouleau 4 à bande collante de papier ou de matière plastique, avec une couche de matière adhésive placée à l'extérieur, est composé d'une douille 5 et de deux capuchons de fermeture 6, dont chacun présente un tourillon 7 qui est soudé ou coulé par injection et qui pénètre dans une cavité correspondante 8 dans le boîtier 1. Pour faciliter la pose du cylindre, on prévoit à chaque fois deux baguettes de guidage parallèles 9 ou 10 en partant de la cavité 8.
Les couvercles de fermeture 3 et 4 dont les bords intérieurs sont formés en lame 11 ou 12 sont fixés à chaque fois avec une vis 13 dans le boîtier et s'appuient sur des traverses longitudinales 14 ou des traverses transversales 15 et sur un talon 16 suivant le pourtour du boîtier. Sur le côté inférieur du couvercle de fermeture 3 et 4, sont prévues plusieurs rangées de soies de brosse 17 et 18, ou 19 et 20, les rangées extérieures 17 et 20 pouvant être plus longues que les rangées intérieures 18 et 19. Les lames 11 et 12 facilitent le détachement d'une bande utilisée de la bande de matière adhésive.
L'appareil suivant l'invention présente de nombreux avantages. Il entraîne un détachement partiel des poils et duvets qui sont alors saisis par le rouleau. On peut en outre brosser avec cet appareil la poussière ou la boue qui reste fixée sur le rouleau dans sa majorité.
Il va de soi que l'invention n'est pas limitée aux exemples de réalisation précédemment décrits et représentés et à partir desquels on pourra prévoir d'autres variantes sans pour cela sortir du cadre de l'invention.Device for removing hair and down on clothes.

The object of the present invention is in particular to avoid these drawbacks. For this purpose, it relates to an apparatus for removing hairs and downs from clothing, apparatus provided with a roll of adhesive tape, arranged in a rotating manner in a housing, apparatus characterized in that a brush or several rows of bristles of brush are arranged before the roller or after the roller or both before and after the roller, which allows to partially lift the hairs or downs which are then caught by the roller, and to obtain a perfect cleaning not only of dust but also hairs and downs adhering to the garment.

The device consists of housing 1, cylinder 2 and two closing covers 3 and 4.
The cylinder 2, which serves as a support for a roll 4 of adhesive tape of paper or plastic material, with a layer of adhesive material placed on the outside, is composed of a sleeve 5 and two closing caps 6, of which each has a journal 7 which is welded or injection molded and which enters a corresponding cavity 8 in the housing 1. To facilitate the installation of the cylinder, two parallel guide rods 9 or 10 are provided each time starting from the cavity 8.
The closing lids 3 and 4, the inner edges of which are formed as a blade 11 or 12, are fixed in each case with a screw 13 in the housing and are supported on longitudinal crossbars 14 or transverse crossbars 15 and on a following heel 16 around the case. On the underside of the closing cover 3 and 4, there are several rows of brush bristles 17 and 18, or 19 and 20, the outer rows 17 and 20 possibly being longer than the inner rows 18 and 19. The apparatus according to the invention has many advantages. It causes a partial detachment of the hairs and downs which are then seized by the roller. It is also possible to brush with this device the dust or mud which remains fixed on the roller for the most part.
It goes without saying that the invention is not limited to the embodiments previously described and represented and from which other variants can be provided without thereby departing from the scope of the invention.
