Menetelmä kutistekalvon kutistamiseksi - Förfarande för att krympa krympfolie Tämän keksinnön kohteena on menetelmä kutistekalvon kutistamiseksi, jossa kutis-5 tekalvoon aikaansaadaan energiaa tuomalla kutistekalvossa olevaan resistiiviseen alueeseen sähköenergiaa ja kutistekalvossa olevaan mikroaaltoja absorboivaan alueeseen mikro-aaltoja tai muita sentapaisia impulsseja, jotka vaikuttavat suoraan ku-tistekalvoon.
10 Edellä esitetyn lisäksi kutistetaan kutistekalvoja kuumailmapuhaltimella, sätei-lylämmöllä tai uunissa. Epäkohtana näillä kaikilla tunnetuilla menetelmillä on se, että energian kulutus on hyvin korkea. Aika, jossa kutistekalvo kutistuu toivotulla tavalla, riippuu myöskin kuumuudesta eli energiasta. Kutistaminen vie yleensä useampia sekunteja. Keksinnön tarkoituksena on poistaa edellä esitetyt epäkohdat. Kek-15 sinnön mukaiselle menetelmälle on tunnusomaista se, että kutistekalvon pintaan tehdään resistiivisiä painatuksia esimerkiksi offset-menetelmällä. Kokeet ovat osoittaneet, että 12 V:n jännitteellä ja 1 A:n virralla kutistetaan resistiiviseksi aikaansaatu kutistekalvo 200 ms:ssa samaan muotoon, jonka saavuttaminen vie useampia sekunteja uunissa, jonka tehon tarve on 20-kertainen keksintöön verrattuna. Keksinnön 20 avulla saadaan energia suoraan oikeaan kohteeseen eikä hukkalämpöä synny, kuten kaikissa tunnetuissa menetelmissä.
Keksinnön erilaisia sovellutusmuotoja on esitetty epäitsenäisissä patenttivaatimuksissa.

Keksintöä selostetaan seuraavassa esimerkkien avulla viittaamalla oheisiin piirustuksiin, joissa kuvio 1 esittää kutistekalvoa, joka on itsessään resistiivinen, 30 kuvio 2 esittää kutistekalvoa varustettuna pintavastuksilla, kuvio 3 esittää kutistekalvoa varustettuna esimerkiksi offset-painolla tehdyllä vas-tuspinnoitteella, kuvio 4 esittää kutistekalvoa avattuna, kuvio 5 esittää sylinteriksi taivutettua kutistekalvoa, 35 kuvio 6 esittää kutistekalvoa kolikkonipun ympärillä, ja kuviot 7 ja 8 esittävät erilaisia kutistekalvosovellutuksia.

Kuviossa 1 oleva kutistekalvo on valmistettu siten, että muoviaineeseen 1 on sekoitettu resistiivistä ainetta, joka sähköenergian vaikutuksesta lämpenee ja kutistaa ku-tistekalvon tasaisesti. Kuviossa 2 on kalvon 1 pintaan kiinnitetty pintavastukset 2. Kuviossa 3 on kutistekalvon pintaan tehty resistiivisiä painatuksia 3 offset-menetel-5 mällä. Kutistekalvo voi myöskin olla monikerroksinen, joista yksi kerros on resis-tiivinen. Resistiiviseen alueeseen johdetaan matalajännitesähköä, kuten 12-24 V. Kuvioissa on esitetty tasajännite, mutta jännite voi yhtä hyvin olla vaihtojännite. Kutistekalvoon 1 on kiinnitetty kontaktipinnat 4, 5, joihin sähkö johdetaan ja joista se kulkeutuu resistiiviseen alueeseen. Kuviossa 7 on esitetty, miten resistiivinen alue 10 6 on korostettu kutistekalvon keskelle. Tämä kohta lämpenee huomattavasti nope ammin ja kutistuu voimakkaammin kuin muu alue. Kutistekalvon reunassa on liima-pinta 7, joka liimaa kutistekalvon reunat kiinni toisiinsa esimerkiksi kolikkopinon ympäri, kuten kuviossa 6 on esitetty. Laitteen rakennetta ei tässä ole tarkemmin esitetty, koska se muodostuu sinänsä tunnetuista ja yksinkertaisista komponenteista ja on huomattavasti edullisempi kuin esimerkkinä mainittu uuniratkaisu.

Menetelmä kutistekalvon (1) kutistamiseksi, jossa kutistekalvoon (1) aikaansaadaan energiaa tuomalla kutistekalvossa olevaan resistiiviseen alueeseen (2, 3, 6) sähköenergiaa ja kutistekalvossa olevaan mikroaaltoja absorboivaan alueeseen 5 mikro-aaltoja tai muita sentapaisia impulsseja, jotka vaikuttavat suoraan kutistekalvoon, tunnettu siitä, että kutistekalvon pintaan tehdään resistiivisiä painatuksia esimerkiksi offset-menetelmällä.
