Claims (16)
1. Förfarande för varmformning av ihäliga föremäl (14, 19), i vilket en bana (1) av termoplastiskt material extru-deras direkt i en serie temperaturkontrollerade tempererval-sar (3, 6), banans (1) Övre och undre ytskikt nedkyls genom att lata banan (1) passera nämnda temperervalsar (3, 6) me-dan banans (1) inre del hälles i smält tillständ mellan nämnda ytskikt, den delvis nedkylda banan (l) mätäs pä en transportör (10), banan tilläts dröja pd transportören, tills banans ytskikt, som är i kontakt med transportören, har uppvärmts av banans inre del tili en varmformningstempe-ratur, som är lägre än den temperatur, vid vilken banan fastnar vid transportören, och banan transporteras tili in-gängen av en varmformningsapparat (15), kanne te ck-n a t av att aterupphettningen av banans (1) ytskikt kont-rolleras genom inställning av transportörens (10) den längd, med vilken banans ytskikt är i kontakt.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att nämnda längdinställning genomförs medelst äterplace-ring av en vändrulle (8) separat fran temperervalsarna (3, 6) .
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, k ä n n e -tecknat av att transportörens (10) temperatur regie-ras (9) för att underlätta kontrolleringen av aterupphettningen hos banans ytskikt.

Apparat för matning av en termoplastisk bana (l) frän en extruder till en varmformare (15), omfattande en serie temperaturkontrollerade temperervalsar (3, 6) för emottagan-de av en bana (1) av smultet termoplastiskt material fran extrudern, varvid temperervalsarnas läge är reglerbart, och transportorgan (10) för emottagande av den tempererade banan (1) frän temperervalsarna (3, 6) och transport av banan (1) tili öppningen av en varmformare (15), kanne te ck- n a d av att transportorganets (10) längd i kontakt med banan (1) är reglerbar, varvid temperaturen hos banans yta i kontakt med transportorganet (10) kan kontrolleras sä att nämnda banyta anländer tili varmformaren (15) i en varmform-bar temperatur, som är under den temperatur vid vilken banan (l) fastnar vid transportorganet.

15. Apparat enligt patentkrav 8, kännetecknad av att transportorganet (10) är placerat sd i förhällande tili varmformaren (15), att banan (1) kan mätäs vertikalt in i varmformaren (15).
16. Apparat enligt patentkrav 15, kännetecknad av att den innefattar bärorgan (26) för uppbärande av ur varmformaren (15) kommande produkt, varvid bärorgan saknas för uppbärande av banan (1) mellan transportorganet (10) och varmformaren (15).
