Menetelmä T-liitoksen valmistamiseksi ja toisiinsa liitettävien osien liitosaineen avulla muodostettu T-liitos Förfarande för att framställa en T-fog samt T-fog som bildats med hjälp av förbindningsmaterial melian delar som skall anslutas tili varandra
Keksinnön kohteena on menetelmä T-liitoksen valmistamiseksi liitettävien osien välille, jossa menetelmässä liitoskohta liitettävien osien välillä peitetään lämmössä kovettuvalla liitosmateriaalilla ja liitos lämmitetään ja kovetetaan kuumennettavien muottien avulla.
Keksinnön kohteena on myös toisiinsa liitettävien osien liitosaineen avulla muodostettu T-liitos.
Tekniikan tason osalta viitataan US-patenttijulkaisuun 4,793,879, jossa on esitetty menetelmä komposiittirakenteen vahingoittuneen alueen korjaamiseksi. Tässä tunnetussa menetelmässä korjattavalle alueelle levitetään paikka-aine, joka kuumennetaan komposiittirakenteen vastakkaisen puolen kautta ja tämän jälkeen korjausalueelle lisätään painetta, minkä jälkeen paikka-aine kovetetaan.
* Keksinnön tarkoituksena on saada aikaan kerta- tai kestomuovista valmistettu liitos, jonka valmistaminen on yksinkertaista sekä helposti ja nopeasti suoritettavissa.
Keksinnön tarkoituksena on myös aikaansaada sellainen menetelmä, joka voidaan tehdä asennuspaikalla ilman, että rakenteita tarvitsee liikut- • taa liitoksen valmistuksen aikana.
Edellä esitettyjen ja myöhemmin esille tulevien päämäärien saavuttamiseksi on keksinnön mukaiselle menetelmälle pääasiallisesti tunnusomaista, että liitosmateriaalina käytetään SMC-(sheet molding compound) materiaalia.

Keksinnön mukaiselle liitokselle on pääasiallisesti tunnusomaista, että liitosaine on SMC-(sheet molding compound) materiaalia.
Keksinnön mukainen menetelmä on käytettävien kevytrakenteisten, liikuteltavien muottien ansiosta mahdollista suorittaa asennuspaikalla tarvitsematta liikuttaa toisiinsa liitettäviä rakenteita liitoksen valmistuksen aikana.
Keksinnön mukainen liitos on yksinkertainen ja helposti valmistettavissa .
Seuraavassa keksinnön mukaista menetelmää ja liitosta selostetaan oheisen piirustuksen kuvioiden esittämään erääseen keksinnön edulliseen suoritusesimerkkiin viitaten.
Kuviossa 1 on esitetty kaaviollisesti keksinnön mukaisen menetelmän ensimmäinen vaihe.
Kuviossa 2 on esitetty kaaviollisesti keksinnön mukaisen menetelmän toinen vaihe.
Kuviossa 3 on esitetty kaaviollisesti keksinnön mukaisella menetelmällä aikaansaatu valmis liitos.
• Kuvion 1 mukaisesti keksinnön tässä esitetyssä suoritusmuodossa valmis tetaan T-liitos, jossa liitoksessa yhdistetään putket 14 ja 15 T-lii-tokseksi. Liitettävät osat 14,15 on asetettu paikalleen ja niiden ympärille sovitetaan joustavaa lujitemuovimassaa valmiiksi muotoiltuna liitosainekappaleina 12 ja 13. Liitosainekappaleena käytetään lujite-muovipuolivalmistetta, joka voi olla esim. SMC (Sheet Moulding Compound) tai GMT (Glasmat Thermoplastic) -massaa. Lämmitettäviä muotin 10 osia on merkitty kuviossa viitenumeroilla 11a ja 11b.
Kuvion 2 esittämässä T-liitoksen valmistusvaiheessa muotin 10 osat 11a ja 11b on puristettu liitettävien osien 14,15 ja liitosainekappaleiden li 3 93090 12,13 ympärille ja muotilla 10 puristetaan liitos 16 muotoonsa. Muotti 10 on lämmitettävä ja tässä vaiheessa liitokseen 16 johdetaan lämpöä.
Kuviossa 3 on esitetty keksinnön mukaisella menetelmällä aikaansaatu liitos 16. Menetelmässä muotti 10,11 on irrotettu tarvittavan kovetus-ja jäähdytysajan jälkeen ja tämän jälkeen liitos 16 on valmis.
Keksintöä on edellä selostettu vain yhteen sen edulliseen esimerkkiin viitaten. Tällä ei kuitenkaan millään tavoin haluta rajoittaa keksintöä vain tätä esimerkkiä koskevaksi vaan monet muunnokset ja muunnelmat ovat mahdollisia seuraavien patenttivaatimuksien määrittelemän keksinnöllisen ajatuksen puitteissa.

1. Menetelmä T-liitoksen valmistamiseksi liitettävien osien (14,15) välille, jossa menetelmässä liitoskohta liitettävien osien (14,15) välillä peitetään lämmössä kovettuvalla liitosmateriaalilla (12,13) ja liitos (16) lämmitetään ja kovetetaan kuumennettavien muottien (10) avulla, tunnettu siitä, että liitosmateriaalina (12,13) käytetään SMC-(sheet molding compound) materiaalia.
2. Toisiinsa liitettävien osien (14,15) liitosaineen avulla muodostettu T-liitos, tunnettu siitä, että liitosaine on SMC-(sheet molding compound) materiaalia. 93090
