The invention relates to a medicament housing, in particular for transdermal patches and other single dose forms.

Transdermal patches are known to be a form of administration that releases the drug slowly and continuously through the skin. Such a known patch contains estrogen as described, for example, in GB-A-2 093 694. It transports estrogen transdermally without passing through the liver, i. the "first-pass" effect of hepatic metabolism is avoided. Especially patients using such a patch should take progestogen-containing tablets at the same time. For example, a patient may need 8 patches and 12 tablets over a period of 28 days. If the tablets and patches are supplied separately, it is difficult to remember and know when to take a new patch and when to take a tablet.

The object of the invention is to provide a housing which enables the patient to be treated synchronously with patches and e.g. to take tablets.

This object is solved according to the invention by forming a housing according to claim 1. In addition to the tablets, the single-dose dosage form e.g. capsules of co or flexible gelatin, ampoules, suppositories, etc.

GB-A-689,631, DE-A-1,803,236, US-A-1,474,248, DE-A-2 516 720, DE-A-2 714 420, CH-A-516 450 and EP-A-210 820 describes numerous blister packs and boxes. None of these patents describe a blister pack in combination with a pocket for transdermal patches.

GB-A 1,236,675, GB-A-1,086,653, GB-A-974,179, GB-A-467,606, US-A-4,664,262, US-A-3,743,084 2,92679 and US-A-3,567,013 describe different forms of storage for tablets. However, none of these patents describe a specific pocket for transdermal patches. None of the storage forms described in said patents appear to contain concomitant transdermal patches and tablets.
