Claims (6)

1. Metod för kvantitativt pävisande av mikroorganismer ur prov i vätskeform kännetecknad därav, att 5 a) mikroorganismerna urskiljs frän suspensionen medelst filtreringsmaterialet (3) , vars porstorlek är sädan att mikroberna förhindras fr in att genomtränga den i syfte att erhälla optimal känslighet, men ändä tillräckligt 10 stor för att släppa igenom störande fria reducerande föreningar, och b) pävisa närvaron av mikroorganismernas dehydrogenas-enzym pä filtret, utan att sönderdela organismerna, ge- 15 nom att använda som dehydrogenasenzymets substrat säda- na precipiterande redox-föreningar som förändras frän färglös tili färgade direkt pä filtret där mikroorganismerna kvarblivit vid filtreringen.
