Claims (3)

1. Forfarande for framstållning av kirala åmnen som optiska isomerer, kånnetecknat dårav, att a) en forening, som hor till gruppen av karboksylsyror eller estrar och en alkohol, som reagerar med denna, varvid den ena reagerande foreningen år kiral och den andra icke-kiral, upploses i overkritisk koldioxid, b) den erhållna losningen av den kirala och den icke-kirala foreningen i overkritisk koldioxid fores i kontakt med ett enzym, som tillhor lipasgruppen (EC 3.1.1.3) och som alstras av jåsten Mucormiehei vid temperaturen 35-70 C och trycket 80-250 bar, varvid det i den overkritiska koldioxiden finns 0.4-1.5 ml vatten per koldioxidliter, sålunda att huvudsakligen bara en stereoisomer form av den kirala foreningen reagerar med den icke-kirala foreningen.
2. Ffirfarande i enlighet med patentkrav 1 kånnetecknat dårav, att den i overkritisk koldioxid upplosta kirala foreningen bildar en rasemisk blandning.
3. Forfarande enligt patentkrav 1 kånnetecknat dårav, att den i overkritisk koldioxid upplosta kirala fdreningen år rasemisk ibuprofen.
