Claims (15)

1. Indenderivat, kännetecknat därav, att det har formeln I 5 (R >η-^Πί»3
10 R1 CN där R1 är a) en fenylgrupp, som kan vara substituerad med en eller flera halogener, lägre-alkyl-, lägre-alkoxi-, läg- 15 re-alkyltio-, acetylamino-, metylendioxi- eller trifluor-metylgrupper, b) en naftylgrupp, c) en tiofen-, pyridin- eller pyrrolgrupp, som kan vara substituerad med en eller flera lägre alkylgrupper,
20 R2 är H, halogen, lägre alkyl, lägre-alkyltio, lägre-alkylsulfonyl, di-lägre-alkylsulfamoyl, cyano, tri-fluormetyl, lägre alkoxi eller nitro, R3 är CN, C00R4, -CON(R4)2 eller COR4, där R4 är en lägre alkylgrupp, ooh n är ett heltal 1-3.
2. Indenderivat enligt patentkravet 1, kanne- t e c k n a t därav, att R1 är en fenylgrupp, som kan vara mono- eller disubstituerad med klor, fluor, metyl, metoxi, acetylamino eller trifluormetyl; en pyrrolgrupp, som kan vara substituerad med metyl; en tiofenring, som 30 kan vara substituerad med metyl; en pyridinring, som kan vara substituerad med metyl; eller en naftalenring; R2 är väte, klor, brom, fluor, metyl, metoxi eller trifluormetyl; R3 är -COOCH3, -CN eller -C0N(CH3), och n är 1.
3. Indenderivat enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att R1 är en fenylgrupp. 21 9 Γ 6 6 O sotn kan vara substituerad med klor, fluor eller trifluor-metyl; R2 är väte, klor, fluor, metyl, metoxi eller tri-fluormetyl i 6-ställning; R3 är -COOCH3, -CN eller -CON(CH3)2 och n är 1,
4. Indenderivat enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att R1 är en tiofenring, som kan vara substituerad med metyl; R2 är väte, klor, fluor, metyl, metoxi eller trifluormetyl i 6-ställning; R3 är -COOCH3, -CN eller -CON(CH3)2 och n är 1.
5. Indenderivat enligt patentkravet 1, känne tecknat därav, att det är l-amino-3-cyano-3-(3,4-diklorfenyl)-l-inden-2-karboxylsyra-metylester.
6. Indenderivat enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att det är l-amino-3-cyano-3-(4- 15 fluorfenyl)-6-klor-l-inden-2-karboxylsyra-metylester.
7. Indenderivat enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att det är l-amino-3-cyano-3-(4- fluorfenyl)-l-inden-2-karboxylsyra-metylester.
8. Indenderivat enligt patentkravet 1, k ä n n e - 20 tecknat därav, att det är l-amino-3-cyano-3-(tie- nyl-3)-6-klor-l-inden-2-karboxylsyra-metylester.
9. Indenderivat enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att det är l-amino-3-cyano-3-(tie-nyl-3)-l-inden-2-karboxylsyra-metylester. 25 10. Förfarande för framställning av ett indenderi vat enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att a) en 2-halogenbensonitril med formeln 35 där R2 och n betecknar sanuna som ovan och X är halogen. 22 9 Π 6 60 omsätts med en förening med formeln I^CHjCN, där R1 be-tecknar samma sora ovan, varvid erhälls en förening med formeln
5 CN ii CH CN il 10 som kan antingen 1. isoleras och vidare omsättas i ett organiskt lösningsmedel med en förening med formeln YCH2R3, där Y är Cl, Br eller I och R3 betecknar samma som ovan, eller 2. vidare omsättas in situ med en förening med 15 formeln YCH2R3, eller b) en 2-halogenbensonitril med formeln V omsätts med en förening med formeln R^HCN-CHjR3, där R1 och R3 betecknar samma som ovan; varefter den erhällna föreningen med formeln I isoleras. 20 11. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 10, känne- t e c k n a t därav, att R1, R2, R3 och n betecknar samma som i patentkravet 2.
12. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 10, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att R1, R2, R3 och n betecknar samma 25 som i patentkravet 3.
13. Förfarande för framställning av föreningar med formeln 30 (fi2)n--O IV R1 där R1, R2 och n betecknar samma som ovan, känne-35 tecknat därav, att en förening med formeln 23 9 Γ 6 60 -Ν Η_ R CN där R1, R2, R3 och n betecknar samma som ovan, upphettas under hydrolytiska betingelser, eventuellt under oxidati-10 va betingelser, och en förening med formeln
15 COOH R1 isoleras och föreningen med formeln III upphettas i ett basiskt organiskt lösningsmedel, varefter indanderivatet 20 med formeln IV isoleras.
