Claims (7)

1. Förfarande för framställning av en elledande plastprodukt genom att dopa en ledningspolymer eller en blandning av en ledningspolymer (1) och en matrisplast (2) i 5 smält tillständ, kännetecknat därav, att ledningspolymeren (1) eller bland-ningen av ledningspolymer och matrisplast (2) leds i smält tillständ i en form (9) och dopningsämne (3a) tillsätts i formen (9) i ledningspolymeren (1) som kan dopas eller i den smälta blandningen av ledningspolymer (1) som kan dopas och matrisplast (2) via formkanaler (11) som hör tili formen (9).
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat därav, att dopningsämnet är jod.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, alt lednings-15 polymeren som kan dopas är en bearbetningsbar ledningspolymer, fördelaktigt poly(3- oktyltiofen).
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat därav, att matrispolymeren i plastblandningen som kan dopas som innehäller ledningspolymer är 20 polyeten, polypropen, polystyren, PVC eller EVA (etenvinylacetat).
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4, kännetecknat därav, att formpressningen sker vid en temperatur av ca 180°C när matrispolymeren är polyeten, polystyren, PVC eller EVA. 25
6. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-5, kännetecknat därav, att formpressningen sker vid en temperatur av ca 195°C när matrispolymeren är polypropen. 30
7. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-6, kännetecknat därav, att formpressningen sker i samband med sprutpressning.
