Claims (17)
1. Behällare (10), som innefattar: en sldovägg (12); en Övre hals (14) , som sträcker sig frän sidoväggen (12) uppät; en botten (16), som 5 sträcker sig nedät frän sidoväggen (12) för att sluta tili behällaren (10); och en jämntjock etikett (L) vid behällarens (10) sidovägg (12), och etiketten (L) har en yttre yta, som är belägen utät, en inre yta, som är belägen inät mot sidoväggen (12); vilken nämnda etikett ocksä har en Övre kant (Lu), som är belägen nedanom behällarens (10) hals 10 (16), samt en undre kant (LI), som är belägen vid den övre sidan av behällarens (10) botten (16), kännetecknad av, att etiketten sträcker sig delvis kring sidoväggen (12), och dess sidokanter (15) är pä avständ frän varandra; och att sidoväggen (12) av nämnda behällare har delar (42,44,46) som kröker sig brant bredvid etikettens 15 (L) kanter, för att ästadkomma en behällare (10) som har en allmänt taget kontinuerlig yttre yta vid gränsytorna mellan etikettkanterna och sidoväggen (12); varvid nämnda etikett innehäller en tillslutning, som motsätter sig inträde av flytande ämnen genom behällarens sidovägg (12); och ett värmekänsligt lim, som fäster etiketten (L) vid 20 behällarens sidovägg (12).
2. Behällare enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad därav, att etiketten (L) innefattar en pappersremsa (48) vars inre yta innehäller ett tillslutningsskikt (50) för att anordna en tillslutning, samt ett 25 värmekänsligt lim anordnat som en beläggning (52), som är belägen mellan tillslutningsskiktet och behällarens sidovägg (12).
3. Behällare enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad därav, att etiketten (L) innefattar en pappersremsa (48) vars inre yta innehäller 30 ett tillslutningsskikt (56) för att anordna en tillslutning, och att tillslutningen är framställd av plast som motsätter sig genomträng-ning av vätskor och som har en inre yta som fungerar som värmekänsligt lim genom att fästa etiketten (L) vid behällarens sidovägg (12).
4. Behällare enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad därav, att etiketten (L) innefattar en pappersremsa (48) försedd med en inre yta och där tillslutningen (56) och det värmekänsliga 1immet (56) är plas- 17 88905 ter av olika sammansättning, som dispergeras med varandra till en beläggning pä den inre ytan av pappersremsan.
5. Behällare enligt patentkrav 2,3 eller 4, kännetecknad 5 därav, att pappersskiktsetiketten (L) har ett yttre lackskikt (54).
6. Behallare enligt patentkrav 1,2,3 eller 4, kännetecknad därav, att tillslutningen väljs bland plaster i följande grupp: polyvinylidenklorid, polypropen, polyeten, etylvinylalkohol, akrylnit- 10 ril eller polyetentereftaiat.
7. Behällare enligt patentkrav 6, kännetecknad därav, att man använder sig av endast en typ av plast för att kunna anordna en tillslutning för att hindra genorosläppning av vätskor. 15
8. Behallare enligt patentkrav 6, kännetecknad därav, att man använder sig av plaster av flera än en typ för att anordna en tillslutning för att hindra genomsläppning av vätskor.
9. Behällare enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad därav, att etiketten (L) är framställd av plast som bestämmer etikettens (L) inre och yttre yta och fungerar som tillslutning mot genomsläppning av vätskor.
10. Behällare enligt patentkrav 9, kännetecknad därav, att plastetiketten (L) som anordnar begränsaren framställs av plast vald bland plaster i följande plastgrupp: polyvinylidenklorid, polyp-ropen, polyeten, etylvinylalkohol, akrylnitril eller polyetenterefta-. lat. 30
11. Behillare enligt patentkrav 10, kännetecknad därav, att ett värmekänsligt lim appliceras som beläggning vid den inre ytan av plastetiketten (L).
12. Behällare enligt patenkrav 10, känne tecknad därav, att det värmekänsliga limmet dispergeras i plastetikettens (L) plast. ie 88905
13. Behällare enligt patentkrav 10, kännetecknad därav, att plasten som bildar tillslutningen har en inre yta som fungerar som ett värmekänsligt lim.
14. Behällare enligt patentkrav 10, kännetecknad därav, att plastetiketten (L) endast är framställd av plast av en enda typ för att ästadkomma en tillslutning för att hindra genomsläppning av vätskor.
15. Behällare enligt patentkrav 10, kännetecknad därav, att plastetiketten (L) är framställd av flera än en typ av plast för att ästadkomma en tillslutning för att hindra genomsläppning av vätskor.
16. Behällare enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad därav, att det värmekänsliga limmet är polyvinylidenklorid.
17. Behällare enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad därav, att den innehäller ett par etiketter (L) som är belägna pä motsatta 20 sidor om behällarens sidovägg.
