Abstract

Description

本发明还涉及一种用于构造上述中空体的方法。
容器或盒形体,特别是诸如玻璃杯、汤盆、水壶、容纳食品的盒子等容器已知具有一个双层壁和一个视觉装饰表面。
这种盒形体通常包含一个内侧体,其外表面上带有一个装饰物或图案,以及一个外侧体,其由透明材料构成并覆盖着内侧体,并且其是通过向内侧体之上或周围浇铸或注射而获得的。由于外侧体是由透明材料构成的,因此内侧体外壁上获得的装饰物或图案是透过外侧体的厚度而可视的。
根据现有技术,为了构造这种盒形中空体,如塑料杯或类似物,首先要通过,例如注射,而预制出一个第一壳或中空体。之后,通过在第一壳的外侧或内侧注射而获得一个位于第一壳上的第二壳,上述第二壳粘着在第一壳的壁上;或者,两个壳可以分开预制,以使其中一个精确地容纳在另一个中,再通过模塑而使两个壳彼此粘着在一起。
这种现有容器的缺点是,它们基本上均由两个容器构成,其中一个位于另一个的内侧,而且多数外侧容器由透明材料制成。
此外,在容器受到敲击或掉落时,两个体有彼此脱开的可能。
本发明的目的是提供一种盒形中空体,特别是具有不同形状和尺寸的容器,其外表面具有各种装饰或彩色区域或区段,它们彼此完好地彼此匹配并提供出可接受的和原始的视觉效果。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种盒形中空体,其特别由塑料制成并包含至少两个彼此紧密相连的中空体,从而使得它们在受到敲击时不会彼此脱开。
通过下面对一种盒形体,特别是具有不同形状和尺寸的容器,例如杯子、广口瓶、箱子、玻璃杯、水壶和类似物的说明可以使上述以及其它目标和相关优点更加清楚,根据本发明,容器包含至少一个第一外侧中空体和一个第二内侧中空体,它们以这样的方式相互穿插,从而形成一个整体结构,并且提供出一个不带任何间隙的连续内表面,而且一个外表面上具有因上述第二内侧中空体的部分在上述第一外侧中空体表面上显露出来而构成的区域或区段,从而形成一个基本连续的各式各样的装饰外表面。
具体地讲,上述第一外侧中空体上带有诸如孔、窗口、切口等开口,它们的位置不同并具有不同的形状和尺寸,而且上述第二内侧中空体构造在上述第一外侧中空体的内部并具有一个连续的内表面和一个带有隆起部分的外表面,所述隆起部分的形状、尺寸和厚度对应于上述开口的形状、尺寸和厚度,所述隆起部分构造在所述开口中并以周边精确和紧密地与所述开口的棱边配合。
此外,上述开口的棱边优选被构造为锐角,从而确保所述开口与上述第二内侧中空体的所述隆起部分之间具有更好的穿插结构和连接稳定性。
根据本发明的盒形中空体可以由诸如塑料和玻璃等不同材料制成。特别是,可以采用任何能够从加工阶段的流动液态改变物理状态而形成固态成品的材料。
有益的是,一种制作上述盒形中空体的方法包含下面各步骤:
—通过将第一种材料浇铸或注射到具有选定形状的适宜模具中而构造出带有上述开口的上述第一外侧中空体,
—将能够与第一种材料相容的第二种材料浇铸或注射到放置在一个适宜模具中的上述第一外侧中空体内,以使上述第二种材料形成上述第二内侧中空体,其填充了上述开口并构成了上述连续的内表面,而且与上述第一外侧中空体形成一个整体结构。
下面将通过参考附图而对本发明进行叙述,附图用于以非限制的方式显示本发明,附图包括:
图1中显示了第一中空体的示意性透视图,
图2中示意显示了根据本发明的盒形中空体,其包含第一中空体和第二中空体,
图3中示意显示了图2所示盒形中空体的一个剖面,
图4中示意显示了根据本发明的盒形中空体的一个变型结构的剖面。
请参考这些图,根据本发明的盒形中空体1包含一个第一外侧中空体2和一个第二内侧中空体3。第一中空体2带有由窗口4和4a以及切口4b构成的开口,在这些开口中分别容纳着第二内侧中空体3上的隆起部分5、5a和5b。
上述第一外侧中空体2的各开口所获得的棱边11、12、13被构造成锐角。这种构造得益于根据本发明的方法,并且非常有益的是能够确保第一体与第二体之间具有完好的不可分连接。
根据本发明的一个变型结构,上述盒形中空体包含一个第一外侧中空体6、一个第二中央中空体7和一个第三内侧中空体8。
通过这种方式可以使盒形体的一个外表面由若干区域构成,这些区域由于中央中空体7的隆起部分9和内侧中空体8的隆起部分10显露在外侧中空体6表面上而被分隔出来,通过这种方式,可以获得特别的美学效果。
Claims (6)
1.一种盒形中空体,特别是具有不同形状和尺寸的容器,例如杯子、广口瓶、箱子、玻璃杯、水壶和类似物,其特征在于,其包含至少一个第一外侧中空体(2)和一个第二内侧中空体(3),它们相互穿插而形成一个整体结构(1),并且提供出一个不带任何间隙的连续内表面,而且一个外表面的图案取决于因上述第二内侧中空体(3)的部分(5,5a,5b)在上述第一外侧中空体(2)表面上显露出来而构成的区域或区段,从而形成一个基本连续的各式各样的装饰外表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的盒形中空体,其特征在于,上述第一外侧中空体(2)上带有诸如孔、窗口、切口等开口(4,4a,4b),它们的位置不同并具有不同的形状和尺寸,而且上述第二内侧中空体(3)构造在上述第一外侧中空体(2)的内部并具有一个连续的内表面和一个带有隆起部分(5,5a,5b)的外表面,所述隆起部分的形状、尺寸和厚度对应于上述开口(4,4a,4b)的形状、尺寸和厚度,所述隆起部分构造在所述开口中并以周边精确和紧密地与所述开口的棱边配合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的盒形中空体,其特征在于,上述开口的棱边(11,12,13)被构造为锐角。
4.根据权利要求1所述的盒形中空体,其特征在于,其由任何能够从加工阶段的流动液态改变物理状态而形成固态成品的材料,例如塑料和玻璃构成。
5.一种制作根据权利要求2所述的盒形中空体的方法,其特征在于,其包含下面各步骤:
—通过将第一种材料浇铸或注射到具有选定形状的适宜模具中而构造出带有上述开口(4,4a,4b)的上述第一外侧中空体(2),
—将能够与第一种材料相容的第二种材料浇铸或注射到放置在一个适宜模具中的上述第一外侧中空体(2)内,以使上述第二种材料形成上述第二内侧中空体(3),其填充了上述开口(4,4a,4b)并构成了上述连续的内表面,而且与上述第一外侧中空体形成一个整体结构。
6.根据权利要求2所述的盒形中空体,其特征在于,其包含一个第一外侧中空体(6)、一个第二中央中空体(7)和一个第二内侧中空体(8)。
