Claims (8)

1. Menetelmä mineraalikuituradan painoon liittyvän parametrin säätämiseksi mineraalikuituvalmistuksessa sovittamalla radan nopeus jatkuvasti kuidutuslaitteen (2) 25 kuituvirtaan, jolloin kuituradan kuljettimien nopeutta säädetään ensimmäisellä, myötäkytketyllä säätäjällä (Rx) jossa mitta-arvo muodostuu kuidutuslaitteen (2) käyttölaitteen (3) tehonkulutuksesta, tätä ensimmäistä säätäjää (R3) korjataan toisella, takaisinkytketyllä säätäjällä 30 (R2) jossa mitta-arvo muodostuu kuituradan painoon liitty västä parametrista ja tätä toista säätäjää (R2) korjataan puolestaan kolmannella, takaisinkytketyllä säätäjällä (R3) jossa mitta-arvo niinikään muodostuu kuituradan painoon liittyvästä parametrista, tunnettu siitä, että toisen 35 säätäjän (R2) mitta-arvo mitataan pisteessä kuituradan alussa ennen kuin se on stabiloitunut ja kolmannen säätäjän (R3) mitta-arvo mitataan pisteessä kuituradan lopussa 9 85688 jossa se on stabiloitunut, jolloin kolmas säätäjä (R3) suorittaa toisen säätäjän (R2) hitaamman korjauksen ja tämä puolestaan suorittaa ensimmäisen säätäjän (Rx) nopeamman korjauksen, joka suorittaa kuljettimien nopeus-5 säädön.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että toisessa säätäjässä (R2) käytettävä kuituradan painoon liittyvä parametri mitataan heilurikuljettimen 10 (6), joka taittaa kuituradan olennaisesti lopulliseen paksuuteensa alla tai välittömästi tämän jälkeen olevassa pisteessä kuituradalla.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 2 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu 15 siitä, että toisessa säätäjässä (R2) käytettävä kuituradan painoon liittyvä parametri mitataan heilurikuljettimen (6) jälkeen olevalla valssilaitteella (8).
4. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu 20 siitä, että toisessa säätäjässä (R2) mitta-arvona käytettävä kuituradan painoon liittyvä parametri mitataan välittömästi kuidutuslaitteen (2) jälkeen olevassa kuitu-radan pisteessä.
5. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-4 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että kolmannessa säätäjässä (R3) mitta-arvona käytettävä kuituradan painoon liittyvä parametri mitataan kuituradan lopussa olevassa pisteessä ennen tämän kovettamista (11). 30
6. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-5 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että kolmatta takaisinkytkettyä säätäjää (R3) korjataan neljännellä, takaisinkytketyllä säätäjällä (R4), jonka mitta-arvo muodostuu lopullisesta kuituradasta 35 mitatusta painoon liittyvästä parametrista mitattuna tämän kovettumisen (11) jälkeen.
