Claims (6)

1. Transparent mjukelastiskt ytskikt av polyuretan för siktförnster eller andra transparenta glas- eller plastsub-strat, som har framställts av en reaktionsblandning som innehäller ätminstone en väsentligt trifunktionell alifatisk polyisocyanat med biuret- eller isocyanuratstruktur som baserats ρά 1,6-hexametylendiisocyanat, med en hait av NCO-grupper av 12,6-28 vikt-% och en genomsnittlig molekylvikt av ca 450-1000 g/mol, och vars polyolkomponent innehäller en bifunktionell sulfoniserad eller sulfonatgrupper inne-hällande polyeterpolyol med en hait av OH-grupper av 0,5-13,2 vikt-% och en genomsnittlig molekylvikt av ca 250-6500 g/mol och en trifunktionell trimetylolpropan och propylen-oxidbaserad polyol med en hait av OH-grupper av 5,1-12,8 vikt-% och en genomsnittlig molekylvikt av ca 400-1000 g/mol, kännetecknat av att som den bifunktionella sulfoni-serade eller sulfonatgrupper innehällande polyeterpolyolen användes en polyoxialkyleneter av 1,2- eller 1,3-dioler vars formel är R-CH20 - (C2H40-)n-(C3H60-)m-CH2CH2CH2 - SO3X varvid H0H2C CH20H R = HO - CH2 - CH - eller C OH C2H5-^^ X * H-, en natrium- eller ammoniumjon, n = 0-100, m = 0-30, n + m 5 1 och reaktionsblandningen innehäller även en icke-jonisk kopolymer av polyoxialkylenmodifierad dimetylpolysiloxan (polyeter-polysiloxan) med en genomsnittlig molekylvikt av ca 500-2000 g/mol och med en allmän formel 17 84731 ch31 ch3 (CH3)3Si-0-Si-0 - Si-0 - Si(CH3)3 c!h3 x y (ch2)3-o-(c2h4o)a-(c3h6o)b-CH3 varvid förhällandet x/y = 5/1 - 1/1, a = 80-100 vikt-%, och b = 20-0 vikt-%.
2. Transparent ytskikt enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att reaktionsblandningen har en halt av polyeterpolysil-oxan av 1-5 vikt-%.
3. Transparent ytskikt enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av att andelen av den bifunktionella sulfoni-serade eller sulfonatgrupper innehällande polyeterpolyolen i reaktionsblandningen är 5-12 vikt-%.
4. Transparent ytskikt enligt ett eller flera av de före-gäende patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat av att däri användes en polyeterpolysiloxan med en genomsnittlig molekylvikt av ca 1000 g/mol.
5. Transparent ytskikt enligt ett eller flera av patentkraven 1-4, kännetecknat av att polyeterpolysiloxanen som skall användas bestär av etoxi- och propoxigrupper väri polyeterkedjan har ätminstone 80 vikt-% av EO-grupper.
6. Transparent ytskikt enligt patentkravet 5, kännetecknat av att förhällandet mellan etoxi och propoxi hos poly-etersidogrupper är företrädesvis 100/0.
