Claims (6)

  1. 하나의 반응 혼합물로 제조되고, 그 이소시안산 성분이 1,6-헥사메틸렌디이소시안산을 기본으로 하여 구성되며, NCO그룹의 함유량이 12.6 내지 28중량%이고, 평균 분자량이 약 450 내지 약 1000g/mol인 뷰렛 구조 또는 이소시안요소 구조를 갖는 3가 지방족 폴리이소시안산을 함유하며, 그 폴리올성분의 OH 그룹 함유량이 0.5 내지 13.2중량%이고, 평균 분자량이 약 250 내지 6500g/mol인 술폰화된 또느 술폰산 그룹을 각각 함유하는 2가 폴리에테르폴리올과 OH그룹의 함유량이 5.1 내지 12.8중량%이며, 평균 분자량이 약 400 내지 약 1000g/mol인 트리메틸올프로판 및 산화프로필렌을 기본으로 하는 3가 폴리올을 함유하는 연질탄성 폴리우레탄으로 구성되는 투명디스크 또는 기타 투명한 유리기판이나 합성재료 기판용 투명덮개 층에 있어서, 술폰화된 술폰산 그룹을 각각 함유하는 2가 폴리에테르폴리올로서 다음 일반식(I)의 1,2-또는 1,3-디올의 폴리옥시알킬렌에테르를 사용하고, 상기 반응 혼합물의 평균 분자량이 약 500 내지 2000g/mol인 다음 일반식(II)의 폴리옥시알킬렌 변형 디메틸폴리실록산(폴리에테르-폴리실록산)을 기본으로 하는 비이온 공중합체를 추가로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 투명덮개층.

    상기식에서, R은 HO-CH2 또는이고, X는 수소-, 나트륨- 또는 암모늄 이온이며, n은 0 내지 100이고, m은 0 내지 30이며, n+m은1이고, X/Y는 5/1 내지 1/1이며, a는 80 내지 100중량%이고, b는 20 내지 0중량%이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물 내의 폴리에테르-폴리실록산의 분량이 1 내지 5중량%임을 특징으로 하는 투명 덮개층.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물 내의 술폰화된 또는 술폰산 그룹을 각각 함유하는 2가 폴리에테르폴리올의 분량이 5 내지 12중량%임을 특징으로 하는 투명 덮개층.
  4. 제1항에 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 평균 분자량이 약 1000g/mol인 폴리에테르-폴리실록산을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 투명덮개층.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용한 폴리에테르-폴리실록산이 폴리에테르직쇄 내의 EO그룹이 적어도 80중량%인 에톡시 그룹 및 프로폭시 그룹으로 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 투명 덮개층.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 폴리에테르 측쇄 그룹내의 에톡시-프로폭시 비가 100/0임을 특징으로 하는 투명 덮개층.
