Claims (14)
1. Förfarande för framställning av en fiberarmerad plast-strukturkomposit, där - en skummad vattenhaltig dispersion bildas av mellan 20 och 60 vikt-% av enskilda armerande fibrer, vars elastici-tetsmodul är större än cirka 10 000 MPa och vars längd är mellan cirka 7 och 50 mm och av mellan 40 och 80 vikt-% av okomprimerat partikelformigt termoplastmaterial, - dispersionen dräneras pä ett perforerat underlag för bildande av en väsentligen homogen skiva av slumpvis förde-lade armerande fibrer och termoplastpartiklar i utrymmena mellan dem, - skivan utsätts för värme och tryck för bildande av en smält termoplastmatris innehällande spända armerande fibrer, kännetecknat av att - antingen avlägsnas trycket frän den heta matrisen, eller sä komprimeras matrisen tili en skiva genom avkylning varef-ter skivan änyo uppvärms tili smält tillständ, varvid i bäda fallen en avspänning av fibrerna utvidgar matrisen eller skivan och gör den porös, - ätminstone ytan av skivan belägges med härdplastharts och - härdplasthartset härdas.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 för framställning av en fiberarmerad plaststruktur, kännetecknat av att fiber-och termoplastkomponenterna bindes tili en luftgenomtränglig struktur.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2 för framställning av en fiberarmerad plaststruktur, kännetecknat av att den porösa matrisen bildas genom tillsats av skummedel tili den av termoplastmaterialet och de armerande fibrerna be-stäende strukturen för att utvidga den och göra den porös dä värme och tryck appliceras efter varandra och därefter avlägsnas.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 för framställning av en fiberarmerad plaststruktur, kännetecknat av att den ” 83743 porösa matrisen formas av ett fiberarmerat termoplastmate-rial, som komprimerats genom upphettning och avkylning under tryck och därefter änyo upphettats för att läta fibrernas elasticitet äterutvidga det och göra skivan porös.
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-5 för fram-ställning av en fiberarmerad plaststruktur, kännetecknat av att matrisen helt impregneras eller omges med ett flytande härdplastmaterial.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 för framställning av en fiberarmerad plaststruktur, kännetecknat av att enbart matrisens ytskikt impregneras med ett härdplastmaterial.
7. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven för framställning av en fiberarmerad plaststruktur, kännetecknat av att ett överskott av ett flytande härdplastmaterial belägges pä ytan av matrisen för ästadkommande av ett jämnt, blankt utseende.
8. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven för framställning av en fiberarmerad plaststruktur, kännetecknat av att en vid läg temperatur härdande flytande harts används för impregnering av matrisen, som sedan lagras för att möjliggöra en längsam händning av hartset vid rumstempe-ratur eller avsevärt under termoplastmaterialets mjukpunkt.
9. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven för framställning av en fiberarmerad plaststruktur, kännetecknat av att den porösa matrisen tili en början impregneras med ett relativt längsamt härdande härdplastharts, varefter den snabbt uppvärms tili termoplastkomponentens gjuttemperatur, snabbt förflyttas tili en gjutpress och pressas tili önskad form förrän härdningen av härdplastkom-ponenten är avslutad.
10. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven för framställning av en fiberarmerad plaststruktur, känne- 22 83743 tecknat av att en tunn, porös och fiberarmerad termoplast-matris till fullo impregneras med härdplasthartset, upphet-tas till termoplastmaterialets gjuttemperatur och lamineras med en eller flera heta oimpregnerade plattor och därefter formas i en het press.
11. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 10 för framställning av en fiberarmerad plaststruktur, kännetecknat av att en andra impregnerad skiva tillsätts den andra sidan av den oimpregnerade plattan eller plattorna, vilka vid formningen bildar en oimpregnerad kärna tili artikeln.
12. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4 för framställning av en fiberarmerad plaststruktur, kännetecknat av att härdplastmaterialet uppbärs pä en film eller skiva, vilken appliceras pä metrisen.
13. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 12 för framställning av en fiberarmerad plaststruktur, kännetecknat av att härdplastmaterialet placeras pä en film eller skiva av termo-plastmaterial, vilken appliceras pä matrisen och därefter upphettas och pressas.
14. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 12 för framställning av en fiberarmerad plaststruktur, kännetecknat av att ett delvis förgelat harts med hög viskositet pälägges en film eller skiva, som sedan appliceras tili en het matris och pressas.
