Claims (47)

1. Menetelmä kestomuoviaineiden (1, 2) yhteenliittämiseksi puristamalla nämä toisiaan vasten läpinäkyvän kosketuspinnan (4) ja vastakappaleen (5) välillä ja valottamalla kestomuo-viaineet (1, 2) kosketuspinnan (4) läpi infrapunavalolla kunnes sauma-alueella saavutetaan ainakin kestomuoviaineiden (1, 2) esisulamislämpötila, tunnettu siitä, että va- is 83439 lotus tapahtuu ainoastaan kosketuspinnan (4) rajoitetun alueen läpi mikä alue on järjestetty muotoilemaan sauman pinta sekä valotuksen että sitä seuraavan jäähdytyksen aikana, kun taas kosketuspinnan ympäröivät osat muodostavat yhdistetyn tuki- ja kiinnitysosan kosketuspintaa (4) ja kestomuoviai-neita varten.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että kestomoviaineet (1, 2), jotka ovat lukumäärältään kaksi tai useampia, limittävät toisiaan liitoskohdassa.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että kaksi kestomuoviainetta liitetään yhteen päit-täin.
4. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että liitettäessä läpinäkyviä tai valkoisia kestomuo-viaineita (1, 2) yhteen infrapunavaloa absorboiva kestomuo-viliuska asetetaan kestomuoviaineiden alle tai niiden väliin.
5. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 2-4 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että kestomuoviaine (1, 2) on kalvon tai levyn muodossa.
6. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 2-5 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että vastakappaleessa (5) on joustava, edullisesti lämmön kestävä pinta.
7. Patenttivaatimuksen 6 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että yhteenliitettäessä läpinäkyviä kestomuoviaineita (1, 2), käytetään infrapunavaloa absorboivaa, edullisesti mustaa vastakappaletta (5).
8. Patenttivaatimuksen 6 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että yhteenliitettäessä läpinäkyviä kestomuoviaineita i9 83439 (1, 2) käytetään pääasiassa läpinäkyvää tai peilipinnalla varustettua vastakappaletta (5) jonka päälle on asetettu kapea, infrapunavaloa absorboiva, edullisesti musta nauha, jossa on halutunmuotoiset ääriviivat.
9. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että avattavan sauman aikaansaamiseksi käytetään erittäin lyhyttä valotusaikaa.
10. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että paketoinnin yhteydessä kalvon-muotoinen kestomuoviaine kiristetään pakattavan esineen ympäri ja pidetään kiinnitettynä kosketuspinnan (4) ja vasta-kappaleen (5) avulla ulospäin sojottavana harjana valotuksen ja jäähdytyksen aikana.
11. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-9 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että paketoinnin yhteydessä kalvon-muotoinen kestomuoviaine kiristetään pakattavan esineen ympäri jolloin kalvon toinen pää ennen kiristystä kiinnitetään esineeseen ja itse esinettä käytetään vastakappaleena valotuksen ja jäähdytyksen aikana.
12. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että yhteenliittäminen suoritetaan jatkuvasti.
13. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-11 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että yhteenliittäminen suoritetaan askeleittain. 1 Patenttivaatimuksen 12 tai 13 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että limittäisliitettäessä koekstru-doituja kestomuoviaineita joissa on läpinäkyvät kerrokset ulospäin suunnatuissa sivuissa ja oleellisesti mustat kerrokset toisiaan päin suunnatuissa pinnoissa saadaan tehokas 20 83489 yhteenliittyminen mustien kerrosten välillä kun taas läpinäkyvät kerrokset pysyvät kokonaan koskemattomina.
15. Patenttivaatimuksen 12 tai 13 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että limittäisiiitettäessä läpinäkyvä kalvo ja vahvasti väritetty kalvo valotus tapahtuu edullisesti läpinäkyvän kalvon puolelta.
16. Patenttivaatimuksen 12 mukainen menetelmä, tunnet-t u siitä, että jatkuvassa yhteenliittämisessä kestomuovi-kalvojen (1, 2) yli siirretään puristuksen alaisena infrapu-navalolähteen (10) ja kosketuspinnan (4) käsittävä työkalu (3).
17. Patenttivaatimuksen 11 mukainen menetelmä, tunnet-t u siitä, että liitettäessä kestomuoviaineita yhteen laatikkomaiseksi rakenteeksi jossa yhteenliittäminen tapahtuu reunoja pitkin, sivuseinämien (A, B) reunat puristetaan toisiaan vasten sopivanmuotoisen vastakappaleen (5) tukemina, jolloin valotus tapahtuu ulkopuolelta, pääasiassa diagonaa-lisuunnassa joustavaa tai muotonsa säilyttävää ainetta olevan kosketuspinnan (4) läpi.
18. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen meetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että jäähdytys tapahtuu jäähdytysai-neen avulla joka johdetaan työkalussa olevien kanavien (9) läpi .
19. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-17 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että jäähdytys tapahtuu edullisesti värillisellä jäähdytysaineella joka jäähdytyksen alkaessa puristetaan työkalun kosketuspinnan (4) ja kestomuovikalvon (1) väliin edullisesti työkalun kosketuspinnan (4) yli järjestettyyn läpinäkyvään joustavaan letkuun.
20. Patenttivaatimuksen 2 mukainen mentelmä, tunnettu siitä, että mielivaltainen määrä kestomuovikalvoja liitetään yhteen. 2i 83489
21. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että työkalun (3) ja kestomuovikal-von (1) väliin sijoitetaan malline jossa on halutun muotoinen ja suuruinen rako tai aukko.
22. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että infrapunavalon aallonpituus sovitetaan yhteenliitettävän kestomuovimateriaalin (1, 2) mukaan .
23. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että saumaan korkopuristetaan teksti tai kuvio, joka on kaiverrettu työkalun kosketuspintaan (4).
24. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-22 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että tekstillä tai kuviolla varustettu nauha valetaan saumaan.
25. Laite kestomuoviaineiden yhteenliittämiseksi, joka käsittää läpinäkyvän kosketuspinnan (4) ja tämän kanssa yhteistoiminnassa olevan vastakappaleen (5) kestomuoviaineiden (1, 2) kiinnittämiseksi sekä infrapunavalolähteen (10) kestomuoviaineiden (1, 2) valottamiseksi kosketuspinnan (4) läpi, tunnettu siitä, että kosketuspinta (4) on jaettu keskeiseen valotusosaan ja tätä ympäröivään varjostettuun tuki- ja kiinnitysosaan.
26. Patenttivaatimuksen 25 mukainen laite, tunnettu siitä, että laite on muodostettu työkaluksi (3) jossa on oh-jauskahva kosketuspinnasta (4) poispäin suunnatulla puolella .

43. Patenttivaatimuksen 29 mukainen laite, tunnettu siitä, että heijastin (12) on asetettu suoraan putkenmuotoi-sen infrapunavalolähteen (10) sivuseinämälle ja infrapunava-lolähde (10) on akselinsuuntaisesti kierrettävissä työkalussa (3).
44. Patenttivaatimuksen 29 tai 43 mukainen laite, tunnettu siitä, että putkenmuotoinen infrapunavalolähde 24 83489 (10) on kiinnitettynä läpinäkyvän joustavan silikoniletkun sisäseinämään, jota valotuksen ja jäähdytyksen aikana voidaan painekuormittaa tarpeen mukaan.
45. Patenttivaatimuksen 29 mukainen laite, tunnettu siitä, että putkenmuotoinen infrapunavalolähde (10) on muotoiltu tasaisella sivulla.
46. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 25 - 45 mukainen laite, tunnettu siitä, että työkalussa (3) on kaksi tai useampaa kosketuspintaa (4) sijoitettuina työkalun (3) eri sivuille.
