Claims (4)
1. Menetelmä kuiduista kierretyn tuuliturbiinin siiven valmistamiseksi, tunnettu siitä, että siinä - määritetään käämityskaraa edustava pinta, määritetään pinnalta joukko pitkittäisosia, joista jokainen on olennaisesti samassa suunnassa kuin akseli, jonka ympärille pinta kierretään, määritetään pinnalta joukko asemia, joista jokainen on olennaisesti kohtisuorassa pitkittäisosiin nähden, jolloin kunkin pitkittäisosan ja aseman leikkauspiste määrittää suuren määrän koordinaattipisteitä ristikon, ja jokaisen koordinaattipisteen osalta: määritetään koordinaattipisteen korkeus käämitysakselilta, valitaan ensimmäinen piste pinnalta pitkittäisosalta tai asemalta, joka on mainitun koordinaattipisteen vieressä sen toisella puolella, ja toinen piste pinnalta pitkittäisosalta tai asemalta, joka on mainitun koordinaattipisteen vieressä sen vastakkaisella puolella, määritetään pinnan koveran osan esiintyminen vertaamalla koordinaattipisteen korkeutta käämitysakselilta kaksi valittua pistettä yhdistävän suoran linjan korkeuteen käämitysakselilta, jolloin pinta on kovero valittujen pisteiden välillä, kun koordinaattipisteen korkeus käämitysakselilta on pienempi kuin valittuja pisteitä yhdistävän linjan korkeus käämitysakselilta, korjataan kaikki määritetyt koveruudet säätämällä koordinaattipisteen korkeutta käämitysakselilta siten, että se on olennaisesti yhtä suuri tai suurempi kuin linjan korkeus käämitysakselilta, muodostetaan kara, jonka pinta vastaa korjattua pintaa ja ie 82296 kierretään kuituainetta karan pinnan ympärillä, jolloin muodostuu kuiduista kierretty siipi.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että ennen karan rakentamista määritetään, onko jonkin koordinaattipisteen korkeutta nostettu, valitaan jälleen ensimmäinen ja toinen piste kullekin tällaiselle koordinaattipisteelle ja määritetään kullekin tällaisille koordinaattipisteelle pinnan koveron osan esiintyminen ja muutetaan kunkin sellaisen koordinaattipisteen korkeutta, jolle on määritetty kovero osa.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen menetelmä, jossa esiintyy useita kuitukäämitysväyliä, tunnettu siitä, että määritetään kullekin koordinaattipisteelle koveran pinnan osan esiintyminen kussakin kuitukäämitysväylässä ja muutetaan kunkin valitun koordinaattipisteen korkeutta, jos jossakin kuitukäämitysväylässä esiintyy kovero pinta.
4. Patenttivaatimuksen 1,2 tai 3 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että useiden pitkittäisosien määrittäminen sisältää useiden tasojen määrittämisen, joista tasoista kukin sisältää käämitysakselin mainittujen tasojen ja pinnan leikkauspisteen määrittäessä mainitut pitkittäisosat. is 82296
