Claims (3)

1. Förfarande för rening av människoleukocytinterferon, genom utfällning av nativa proteiner med ammonium- 5 sulfat, separering av proteinfällningen, upplösning av den separerade fällningen och gelfiltrering av den önskade slutprodukten, kännetecknat därav, att fällningen upplöses i en buffertlösning med ett pH-värde av 2,5 - 9, och innehällande ett aggregationförhindrande me- 10 del, och att innan gelfiltreringen päbörjas sättes tili kolonnen samma buffertlösning i en mängd av 3-5 % beräknat pä kolonnens volym.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att säsom aggregationförhindrande 15 medel i buffertlösningen användes karbamid i en hait av 2-8 mol/1.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att säsom aggregationförhindrande medel i buffertlösningen användes guanidinklorid i en hait 20 av 1-6 mol/1.
