Claims (3)
1. Förfarande för framställning av en glukos och fruktos innehällande lösning genom omsättning av en glukos inne-hällande lösning med en pä basen av en Si02~bärare fram-ställd katalysator med glukosisomerasaktivitet, k ä n n e -t e c k n a t därav, att man i glukoslösningen tillsätter S1O2 i form av ett vattenlösligt alkalimetallsalt sä, att de främmande joner som införts i glukoslösningen inte inverkar menligt pä enzymaktiviteten eller pä glukos-fruktoslösnin-gens senare användning. 2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, känneteck-n a t därav, att man tillsätter Si02 i glukoslösningen i en mängd mellan 30 och 80 ppm.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, känneteck-n a t därav, att man tillsätter S1O2 i glukoslösningen i form av en vattenglaslösning.
