Claims (12)

1. Förfarande för värmekrackning av tunga kolväten med förbättrat utbyte av bensen, toluen och xylen, k ä n- 5 netecknat därav, att (a) en Ström bestäende av tunga kolväten värme-krackas partiellt 1 en första zon 1 närvaro av utspäd-ningssvattenänga under medelstarka betlngelser vld en tem-peratur av cirka 650-790*C; 10 (b) en Ström av etan värmekrackas med hög konver sion 1 närvaro av utspädningsvattenänga; och (c) den partiellt värmekrackade kolväteströmmen blandas med den tili hög konversion värmekrackade etan-strömmen för att slutföra krackning av kombinationen av 15 tunga kolväten och etan.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, k ä n netecknat därav, att före den partiella värmekrack-ningen utspädes de tunga kolväten under användning av cirka 0,2 kg vattenänga per 1 kg tunga kolväten. 20
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att viktförhällandet mel-lan de tunga kolvätena och etan är 65:35.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 2 eller 3, kännetecknat därav, att före partiell värm- 25 krackning av de tunga kolvätena höjes temperaturen hos strömmen av de tunga kolvätena tili 480-540eC.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, 2 eller 3, kännetecknat därav, att etanet värmekrackas under betingelser av hög konvesion vid en temperatur av 30 820-930eC, varvid uppehällstiden är cirka 0,1-0,3 sekun- der.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 5, känne-t e c.k n a t därav, att innan etanet värmekrackats full- ;** ständigt blandas detsamma med utspädningsvattenänga, vil- *;·* 35 ken överhettats tili en temperatur av 185-540’C, ungefär *·.. i ett förhällande av 0,4 kg vattenänga per 1 kg etan. • · « * »·
