Claims (9)
1. Tredimensionell formningsstruktur (120, 210, 460) för bildande av ett väsentligen kontinuerligt tredimensio- 5 nelit präglingsmönster (590, 591) till en plastbana (550) i kontakt med densamma, varvid en förutbestämd del av nämn-da präglingar perforeras pä förutvalda punkter längs ytan av en uppvärmd plastbana (550), som utsätts för en vätske-tryckskillnad medan den är i kontakt med formningsstruktu-10 rens ytan, varvid formningsstrukturen omfattar minst en kontinuerligt perforerad pian skiva (130-132, 134, 135) med ett första väsentligen kontinuerligt hälmönster (150-156, 160-166, 170-176, 215-218), som motsvarar präglingarna som skall utformas i banan (550), kännetecknad 15 därav, att formningsstrukturen omfattar en andra selektivt perforerad pian skiva (133, 233) som uppvisar ett andra häl-mönster (163*—166*, 173'-176', 215'-218'), som motsvarar de delar av banan (550) som skall präglas och perforeras, och ett tredje av mindre häl (180, 280) bestäende mönster, som 20 motsvarar banans (550) de delar (181, 281) som skall präglas utan perforering, varvid hälen (180, 280) i det tredje mönstret är av tillräckligt litet format, sä att ingen brist-ning sker i plastbanan (550) i banans mot det tredje häl-mönstret (180, 280) svarande delar, dä banan (550) är ut-25 satt för en sädan vätsketryckskillnad, som är tillräcklig för att ästadkomma perforering i banans mot det andra häl-mönstret (163'-166', 173'-176', 215·-218') svarande delar, varvid den kontinuerligt perforerade skivan (130-132, 134, 135) och den selektivt perforerade plana skivan (133, 233) 30 placeras pä varandra, sä att endast de delar av den selektivt perforerade plana skivan (133, 233) som motsvarar ba-: nans (550) de delar som skall präglas utan perforering är i kontakt med och stöder den uppvärmda plastbanan, dä banan är utsatt för nämnda vätsketryckskillnad, under förhindran-35 de av banans (550) brytning pä nämnda kontaktpunkter.
2. Formningsstruktur enligt patentkravet 1, k ä n - 39 7781 0 netecknad därav, att de pä varandra belägna ski-vorna är sammanbundna pä kontaktpunkter för bildande av en enhetlig laminatstruktur.

Formningsstruktur enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, 5 kännetecknad därav, att hälen (180) i den selek-tivt perforerade plana skivan (133, 233) är av mindre format än hälen (150, 151, 152, 153) i de vertikalt i linje pä varandra belägna delarna av den kontinuerligt perforerade skivan (130-132, 134, 135).

6. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 5, känne- t e c k n a t därav, att den rörformiga, perforerade lami-20 natfilmformningsstrukturen (460) förvärms innan plastbanan (550) eller smältan bringas i kontakt med densamma för att förbättra banans (550) anpassning tili formningsstrukturen (460).
7. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 5 eller 14, 25 kännetecknat därav, att vätsketryckskillnaden, "" som banan (550) eller den uppvärmda plastsmältan utsätts för, omfattar sugning, som den rörformiga formningsstruktu-rens (460) innerdel utsätts för.
