Claims (13)
1. Förfarande för framställning av en gjuten plastpro-dukt, vilket förfarande omfattar skeden, där en polymeriser-5 bar sammansättning innehällande en omättad uretanförening och en med densamma sampolymeriserbar vinylmonomer införs i en form, den polymeriserbara sammansättningen bringas tili polymerisering i formen och den därvid bildade gjutna plast-produkten avlägsnas ur formen, kännetecknat 10 därav, att (a) den omättade uretanföreningen är ett polyuretan-polyakrylat- eller -polymerakrylatharts, vilket deriverats frän ett hydroxialkylakrylat eller -metakrylat genom att dess hydroxylgrupper bringas att reagera med isocyanatgrup- 15 perna som är beständsdelar i (i) ett polymetylenpolyfenylpolyisocyanat med en iso-cyanatfunktionalitet som överstiger 2,0 eller (ii) ett uretanpolyisocyanat, vilket deriverats frän ett polyisocyanat, som är ett polymetylenpolyfenylpolyiso- 20 cyanat eller ett difenylmetan-4,4'-diisocyanat, genom dess reaktion med hydroxigrupperna i en polyhydroxiförening, var-vid det nämnda uretanpolyisocyanatet har en isocyanatfunk-tionalitet som överstiger 2,0, och (b) vinylmonomeren är metylmetakrylat. 25

Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck nat därav, att polyuretanpolyakrylat- eller -polymetakry-lathartset deriverats frän ett polyuretanpolyisocyanat, vilket i sin tur deriverats frän ett polymetylenpolyfenylpoly-isocyanat med en isocyanatfunktionalitet som överstiger 2,0 30 genom dess reaktion med en polyhydroxiförening.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, k ä n -netecknat därav, att polyhydroxiföreningen är en diol med formen Ho-Q-OH, väri Q är en alkylen- eller poly-alkylenetergrupp. 35
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kän netecknat därav, att polyhydroxiföreningen är bis-fenol. 72129
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkra-ven, kännetecknat därav, att hydroxialkylakry-latet eller -metakrylatet innehäller 2-4 kolatomer i hydroxi-alkylgruppen. 5
6. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregaende patentkra- ven, kännetecknat därav, att proportionen av polyuretanpolyakrylat- och/eller -polymetakrylathartset lig-ger i omrädet 10-90 viktdelar per totalt 100 viktdelar me-tylmetakrylat och harts. 10
7. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 6, känneteck nat därav, att proportionen av det nämnda hartset ligger i omrädet 25-50 viktdelar per totalt 100 viktdelar metylmet-akrylat och harts.
8. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patent- 15 kraven, kännetecknat därav, att blandningen soir skall polymeriseras innehäller en organisk polymer.
9. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 8, kännetecknat därav, att den organiska polymeren är poly(metylmet-akrylat). 20
10· Förfarande enligt patentkravet 8 eller 9, kän netecknat därav, att proportionen av polymeren är 1-25 viktdelar per totalt 100 viktdelar av en blandning av metylmetakrylat, harts och organisk polymer, om denna är närvarande. 25
11. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patent- kraven, kännetecknat därav, att blandningen som skall polymeriseras innehäller ett oorganiskt fyllmedel.
12. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 11, kännetecknat därav, att fyllmedlet innehäller glasfiber.
13. Polymeriserbar komposition innehällande en poly- meriserbar omättad uretanförening och en med densamma sam-polymeriserbar vinylmonomer, kännetecknad därav, att (a) den omättade uretanföreningen är ett polyuretan- 35 polyakrylat- eller -polymetakrylatharts, vilket deriverats frän ett hydroxialkylakrylat eller -metakrylat genom att dess hydroxylgrupper bringas att reagera med isocayanatgrup-perna som är beständsdelar i
