Hitsausmuhvi. - Svetsmuff.
Hitsausmuhvit kestomuovia olevien putkien yhdistämiseksi sisään sijoitetun sähkövirran johtimen kanssa, joka ainakin osittain on muodostettu vastuskuumennuslangaksi, ovat tunnettuja. Tällaiset muhvit ovat tavallisesti samaa ainesta kuin putki, jonka päälle se hitsataan, olkoonpa ne muodostettu tavallisiksi holkeiksi pysyvän liitoksen valmistamiseksi kahden putken välille tai olkoonpa ne toiselta sivulta varustettu kierteellä ja siten muodostettu putken osiksi, putken sen pään, johon se hitsataan, varustamiseksi kierteellä. Hitsauksen suorittamiseksi käytetään hyväksi erityisesti valmistettuja ohjauslaitteita, joilla vastuskuumennuslankaan aikaansaatua jännitystä ja kuumennuksen tarvittavaa kestoaikaa voidaan säätää. Tällaisia laitteita ei täydy olla ainoastaan jokaisella rakennuspaikalla, jolla hitsausmuhveja käytetään, vaan suurrakennuspaikoi1 la, joilla useat työntekijät ovat tekemisissä kestomuovia olevien putkien asennuksen kanssa, tarvitaan useita laitteita ja myöskin silloin, kun laitteita ei käytetä koko päivää. Usein kysymyksessä ovat siis suurehkot pääoman sijoitukset, joihin liittyy se tunnettu epäkohta, ette rakennuspaikoilla laitteet vahingoittuvat, joutuvat hukkaan tai niitä jopa varastetaan. Koska laitteessa voidaan säätää hitsausprosessia varten tarpeellisen virran läpikulun kestoaikaa ja usein myöskin tarvittavaa jännitettä, on olemassa mahdollisuus säätää näitä arvoja väärin, mikä johtaa hitsiliitoksen virheisiin. Nyt kaikki nämä epäkohdat voidaan välttää keksinnön mukaisella hitsausmuhvi1la, joka on tunnettu siitä, että sähkövirran johtimessa on haluttu sulatuskohta, joka on mitoitettu siten, että se sulaa poikki silloin, kun kuumennusjohtoon on siirretty muhvin hitsaamiseksi tarpeellinen energia. Tällöin on ainoastaan huomioitava, että valmistaja ilmoittaa käytettävän jännitteen, jolloin eurooppalaisissa oloissa tavallissti käytetään jännitettä 220 l/-'··, koska tämä jännite on saatavissa kaikilla rakennuspaikoilla. Kun ainoana apulaitteena on kaksijohtiminen kaapeli yhdessä pistokkeen 220 V-^-l i itäntää varten, nauha- 2 71406 kytkimen ja sähkövirran jobtimeen yhdistettävän pistokkeen sekä pistorasian kanssa, minkäänlainen käyttövirhe ei ole mahdollinen ja pääoman sijoituskustannukset sekä välineiden hukkaan joutumisen vaara ovat olennaisesti pienemmät kuin käytettäessä tähän saakka välttämättömiä ohjauslaitteita.
Seuraavasa selitetään keksinnön erästä sovellutusesimerkkiä viitaten piirustukseen, jossa:

Viitenumerolla 1 on merkitty lieriömäistä muhviosaa, jonka sisäpintaan on sovitettu sinänsä tunnetulla tavalla vastus-kuumennuslangan 3 kierrokset. Tämän langan molemmat päät on merkitty viitenumeroilla 3b ja 3c.
Kierrosten 3a toisen pään ja liitännän 3c välille on sijoitettu haluttu sulatuskohta 3d, joka on mitoitettu siten, että se sulaa poikki, kun sähkökuumennusjohtoon 3a on siirretty muhvin hitsaamiseksi tarvittava energia, mikä muhvin koon mukaan jännitteellä 220 lAv voi kestää 0,5 - 5 minuuttia tai joissakin tapauksissa vielä kauemmin. Tässä tämä haluttu sulatuskohta on sijoitettu lasiampullin 4 sisään. Luonnollisesti se voisi olla suljettu myöskin sopivammin läpinäkyvään muoviholkkiin. Tarkoituksenmukaisesti sulatuskohta ainakin osittain on ympäröity aineksella, joka palautumattomasii muuttaa väriään. Tämä voidaan aikaansaada myöskin siten, että haluttu sulatuskohta on ainesta, joka sulaessaan muodostaa suojaholkin sisäpinnalle hyvin näkyvän kerroksen. Tällä tavalla on ilman muuta mahdollista todeta, onko hitsausprosessi jo suoritettu vai ei.
Esitetyssä sovellutusesimerkissä ampullin 4 suojaama haluttu 71406 sulatuskohta 4 on sijoitettu kiinnittimeen 5, joka sisältää myöskin johdon molemmat vapaat päät 3b sekä 3c ja joka on yhdistetty hitsausmuhvin muun osan kanssa kahdella muovi-niitillä 6 ja 7 niin, että koko kiinnitin hitsausprosessin jälkeen voidaan erottaa muhvista.

Claims (6)

1. Hitsausmuhvi kestomuovia olevien putkien yhdistämiseksi sisään sijoitetun sähkövirran johtimen (3) kanssa, joka ainakin osittain on muodostettu vastuskuumennuslangaksi ja jossa on kaksi vapaata sähkövirran liitospäätä (3b, 3c), tunnettu siitä, että sähkövirran johtimessa on haluttu sulatuskohta (3d), joka on mitoitettu siten, että se sulaa poikki silloin, kun kuumennusjohtoon on siirretty muhvin hitsaamiseksi tarpeellinen energia.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen hitsausmuhvi, tunnettu siitä, että haluttu sulatuskohta on sovitettu siten, että se on nähtävissä ulkopuolelta.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 2 mukainen hitsausmuhvi, tunnettu siitä, että haluttu sulatuskohta on sijoitettu läpinäkyvän aineksen (4) sisään.
4. Patenttivaatimuksen 2 tai 3 mukainen hitsausmuhvi, tunnettu siitä, että haluttu sulatuskohta on ympäröity ainakin osittain aineksella, joka poikki sulaessaan muuttaa pa 1autuma11omasti väriään.
3. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-4 mukainen hitsausmuhvi, t u n n e t. t u siitä, että haluttu sulatuskohta on sijoitettu hitsausmuhvin muusta osasta irrotettavaan muovikiirmittimeen (5).
6. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1 - 5 mukainen hitsausmuhvi, t u n n e t t u siitä, että haluttu hitsauskohta on sovitettu sähkövirran johtimen virranliittimenä käytettävän pään (3c) ja vastuskuumennuslankana toimivan osan (3a) välille.
