Claims (6)

1. Sätt att tillverka underbensproteser innefattande en protes-hylsa (37), en protesfot (36) och ett förbindelseelement (29), som förbinder proteshylsan med protesfoten, känneteck- n a t av att man a) bildar en tillfällig proteshylsa (33) med en innerform som väsentligen motsvarar formen av den benstump (32) pä vilken protesen skall fästas, b) bildar en testprotes genom att fästa ett inställbart läges-testinstrument (34) vid den tillfälliga proteshylsan (33) och förbinda testinstrumentet (34) med protesfoten (36) via ett temporärt förbindelseelement (35) , c) utprovar testprotesen pä pätienten och justerar testan-ordningen för att erhälla en korrekt, individuell inställning av den temporära proteshylsan (33) i förhällande tili protesfoten (36) , d) bildar ett proteshylsepositiv (25) i testprotesens temporära proteshylsa (33) och reproducerbärt fäster enheten be-stäende av proteshylsepositivet (25)/ den temporära proteshylsan (33), testinstrumentet (34) och ätminstone det temporära för-bindelseelementet (35) vid .en stativanordning (14b, 21, 22), e) tar bort testprotesen frän stativanordningen, f) placerar ett permanent förbindelseelement (29) i stativanordningen (14b, 21, 22) intill proteshylsepositivet (25) i den inrättade relativa ställning, som reproducerbärt är in-ställd i stativanordningen i punkt d), och g) formar en permanent proteshylsa (37) pä proteshylsepositivet (25) samtidigt som man förankrar förbindelseelementet (29) vid proteshylsan (37) i nämnda inställda förbindelse, var-vid man erhäller en individuellt inställd benprotes.
2. Sätt enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att nämnda temporära proteshylsa (33) är en hylsa som är for-mad pä nämnda proteshylsepositiv (25).
3. Sätt enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att nämnda temporära proteshylsa (33) formas direkt pä den motsvarande benstumpen (32), och att i steg d) proteshylse- 18 68967 L_ positivet (25) formas i den temporära proteshylsan (33).
4. Sätt enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, känneteck-n a t av att protesfoten (36) förbindes med nämnda temporära förbindelseelement (35) respektive nämnda permanenta förbindel-seelement (29) via monteringsadapterorgan (21) , och att protesfoten avlägsnas frän monteringsadapterorganen (21) innan test-protesen i steg b) fästes vid stativanordningeri i steg'd).
5. Sätt enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven, kanne-tecknat av att tillverkningen av de nämnda proteshyl-sorna (33, 37) innefattar vacuumformning av en härdbar plast.
6. Stödanordning för användning vid framställning av benpro-teser medelst förfarandet enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-5, innefattande ett L-format stativ (1), undre fästorgan (22) för ett stödelement (23) vid ett proteshylsepositiv, vilka är fästa vid stativets ena skänkel (la), och övre fästorgan (7, 13, 14) för en protesförmonteringsadapter (21) som är förskjut-bar längs och svängbar omkring stativets (1) andra skänkel (Ib, 4) med hjälp av ett muffelement (7),känneteck- n a d av att nämnda övre fästorgan för protesfoten innefattar en glidstäng (17) som är vinkelrät mot nämnda andra skänkel (4) , och ett längsträckt monteringselement (14) pä protesfoten, som är vinkelrätt mot glidstängen (17) och uppbärs av mufforgan (18) som är förskjutbara längsmed och svängbara omkring glidstängen (17), varvid det längsträckta monteringselementet (14) är förskjutbart i längdriktningen och svängbart omkring sin längdaxel i nämnda mufforgan (18), och lägesfixerande muffelement (6) för de övre fästorganen, vilka är förskjutbara längs och svängbara omkring nämnda andra skänkel (4) under de övre fästorganen, varvid nämnda lägesfixeringsorgan och de övre fästorganen är anordnade att vid kontakt med varandra förhindra in-bördes rotation med hjälp av hän- resp. honorgan (11 resp. 12) vid deras kontaktytor, och att nämnda undre fästorgan omfattar ett löstagbart stöd (23) för proteshylsepositivet (25), varvid detta stöd innefattar ett i huvudsak rörformigt element (23), som är anordnat att med sin ena ände fästas vid proteshylse-
