Claims (5)

1. Förfarande för utvinnande av zink frin zink- och järn-haltiga sulfidmineraler genom tryckurlakning av den finfördelade mineralen med en vattenhaltig svavelsyralösning under oxiderande förhällanden, i vilka sulfidsvavlet omvandlas tili elementärt sva-vel och zinksulfiden tili zinksulfat löst i urlakningslösningen, ur vilken zink utvinnes efter rening med elektrolys, k ä n n e - t e c k n a t därav, att extraheringen utförs i motström som en tvästegstryckurlakning under ett positivt partiellt syretryck och vid en temperatur pk ca 135-175°C genom att mata finfördelade sulfidmineraler tili det första urlakningssteget (10), väri extraheringen utförs med syrelösningen erh&llen ur den efter det andra urlakningssteget (12) utförda fastämne-vätske-avskiljningen (26), och den zink innehällande urlakningslösningen erhällen ur den efter det första urlakningssteget (10) utförda fastämne-vätske-avskiljningen och med ett pH pk över 1, och en svavelsyrahalt pk under ca 3 g/1 och en järnhalt under ca 2 g/1/ leds efter järnavlägsnings-skedet (14) och reningsskedet (16) samt de efter dessa skeden utförda fastämne-vätske-avskiljriingarna (22) (24) tili zinkelektrolys (18), fr&n vilken den erhillna äterg&ende elektrolyten används i det andra urlakningssteget (12) som urlakningslösning, med vilken extraheras det ut fastämne-vätske-avskiljningen (20) erhällna fast-ämnet, som innehäller icke reagerande sulfider, elementärt svavel och utfällt järn, varvid molförhillandet mellan zinksulfiden in-gäende i de tili det första urlakningssteget (10) matade sulfid-mineralerna och syran ingäende i den tili det andra urlakninssteget (12) matade ätergäende elektrolyten är minst 1:1 och mängden för den tili det andra urlakningssteget (12) matade ätergäende elektrolyten är sädan att den innehäller ca 1 mol syra per varje med den utgäende elektrolyten lösbar zinkmol, och det andra urlakningssteget (12) fortsättes tills all zink väsentligen extraherats ur fast-ämnet erhället ur det första urlakningssteget (10) i fastämne-vätske-avskiljningen (20) .
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck-n a t därav, att det första urlakningssteget fortsätts för pro-ducerande av en slutlig urlakningslösning med ett pH överstigande
