Claims (8)
1. Isolerad rörledning innefattande ett styvt bärrör (12) och ett yttre skal (22) anordnat koncentriskt omkring och ätskilt frän bärröret samt ett partiellt komprimerat, volymetriskt deformerbart isoleringsskikt anordnat i utrymmet mellan bärröret (12) och det yttre skalet (22), kännetecknad därav, att ett flexi-belt, operforerat rör (18) av luftogenomtränglig folie, rörets inre diameter normalt är större än det yttre skalets (22), omsluter isoleringsskiktet (10) och är inneslutet mellan det yttre skalet (22) och det partiellt komprimerade isoleringsskiktet (10).
2. Rörledning enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad därav, att isoleringsskiktet (10) innefattar en flexibel, fibrös isoler ingsfilt.
3. Rörledning enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknad därav, att isoleringsskiktet (10) innefattar ett poröst, elastiskt skummaterial.
4. Rörledning enligt nSgot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknad därav, att det operforerade röret (18) innefattar en i huvudsak luftogenomtränglig flexibel plastfolie, som i päsform kan evakueras för att radiellt inSt komprimera den yttre diametern hos det komprimerande isoleringsskiktet (10).
5. Förfarande för tillverkning av ett isolerat rör enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4, varvid isoleringsskiktet (10) appliceras utanpä och omkring det styva bärröret (12) och omslutes av det yttre skalet (22), kännetecknat därav, att ett skikt (10) av volymetriskt komprimerande isoleringsmaterial appliceras omkring det styva bärröret (12), att ett flexibelt rör (18) anordas omkring isoleringsskiktet (10), att det inre av det flexible röret (18) evakueras, sä att isoleringsskiktet (10) komprimeras omkring bärröret (12), att det yttre skalet (22) placeras omkring det av det flexible röret (18) komprimerade isoleringsskiktet (10) och att därefter vakuumet avlägsnas, sä att isoleringsskiktet (10) fär
