Den foreliggende opfindelse angår en fremgangsmåde til samling af isolerede ledningsrør, for eksempel præfabrikerede kulvertrør.
Et kendt fremgangsmåde til at samle isolerede ledningsrør består i at 5 et samlehyster skydes over samlingsstedet, at opskummeligt isoleringsvæske indfyldes i samlingsstedet gennem et i hylstret tilvejebragt hul, og at samlehylstrets ender tætnes mod ledningsrøret yderkappe ved hjælp af krympebånd. Ulemperne ved denne fremgangsmåde består i en relativ stor tolerancefølsomhed for samlehylster-ledningsrørsdiameter, 10 og at det er nødvendigt at huske at montere samlehylstret på et af ledningsrørene, inden disse medieførende rør sammensvejses. Andre kendte fremgangsmåder til samling indbefatter de mere komplicerede foranstaltninger, at der omkring samlingsstedet skal dannes eller monteres en form for skumplastisoleringen, som for eksempel ved rundform-15 ning af et plade- eller plastbånd, hvis ender forbindes ved hjælp af skruer eller nitter eller ved svejsning, jvf. britisk offentliggørelsesskrift nr. 2.119.884, og hvor det på denne måde dannede samlehyl-sters ender tætnes mod ledningsrørets yderkappe ved hjælp af krympebånd eller ved svejsning.

Det er formålet med den foreliggende opfindelse at tilvejebringe en sådan fremgangsmåde til at danne en form omkring stedet for samling af isolerede ledningsrør, ved hjælp af hvilken ulemperne ved ovennævnte fremgangsmåder undgås.

Fremgangsmåden ifølge opfindelsen til samling af isolerede ledningsrør er således af den type, ved hvilken der efter en på kendt måde tilvejebragt forbindelse af medierørenes afi solerede ender anbringes et svøb omkring den på denne måde tilvejebragte samling, således at dette 30 svøb har en overlapning på ydersiden af ledningsrørene, som skal samles og danner en form for opskumning af et isolerende celleplastmateriale i samlingen, hvilket svøb er et over hele sin længde opslidset relativt stift og i sin omkredsretning fjedrende plastrør.
35 Denne fremgangsmåde er for opnåelse af det opstillede formål forbedret ved, at svøbet, før sin anbringelse omkring samlingsstedet, har en indre diameter, der er mindre end ledningsrørenes ydre diameter, og at der efter svøbets anbringelse omkring samlingsstedet på svøbets slids over stort set hele dennes længde anbringes et bånd, hvor slidsens en 2

der fungerer som afløb for gasserne, der frembringes under opskum-ningsprocessen, hvilket bånd består af et formbart, hærdbart plastmateriale, der ved hærdning er foreneligt med svøbet, og som derefter hærdes for afbinding til svøbet.

Det fjedrende svøb udøver et tryk mod ledningsrørene, som skal samles og er selvtætnende mod disse uden hjælp af krympebånd eller specielle tætningsforanstaltninger. For at udjævne eventulle udjævnheder på ledningsrørene kan der på svøbets inderside, ved anlægsfladen mod røret 10 eller på rørets ender anbringes en mastik for at udjævne disse ujævnheder. Dette gør, på grund af sin fjedring, fremgangsmåden ifølge opfindelsen relativ ufølsom overfor variationer i rørledningernes diameter. Slidsen bliver således mere eller mindre bred, men kan alligevel dækkes med et bånd af den ovenfor beskrevne type. Svøbets montering 15 omkring samlingsstedet er enkel og kan ske efter rørledningernes medieførende inderrør er forbundet med hinanden. Slidsenderne fungerer som afløb for de ved skumningen dannede gasser og for luft, der er indesluttet i samlingen, det vil sige, at der ikke kræves tilvejebragt nogen specielle afluftningshuller i svøbet. Svøbmaterialet, plast, kan 20 med fordel vælges transparent, hvorved opskumningen kan overvåges visuelt.
Opfindelsen vil herefter forklaret nærmere under henvisning til den medfølgende tegning, hvor 25 fig. 1 og 2 viser et længdesnit henholdsvis et tværsnit gennem en ledningsrørssamling med en form, der er fremstillet ifølge den foreliggende opfindelse.
30 Fig. 1 og 2 viser to ifølge opfindelsen samlede isolerende ledningsrør 1 med medierør 2, hvis afi solerede ender 2a er sammensvejset på konventionel måde. Over det på denne måde dannede isoleringsfrie samlingssted 2b lægges et svøb 3 af et relativt stift polyestermateriale, som er rørformet med en i længderetningen udstrakt slids 3a. Svøbmate-35 ri al et er fremstillet, således at svøbet kan fjedre i omkredsretningen. Et for opfindelsens formål hensigtsmæssigt gennemsigtigt glasfiberarmeret polyestermateriale fremstilles for eksempel AB Bofors, Sverige i form af rør med en indre diameter, der er noget mindre end ledningsrørene l's yderdiameter, hvilket rør opskæres i længder, der er

noget større end samlingslængden, hvorefter de tilvejebragte rørstykker gennemskæres i længden for tilvejebringelse af det langs omkredsen fjedrende svøb med slidsen 3a. På grund af sin fjedrende egenskab griber det rørformede svøb med sine endedele tæt omkring yderkappen 2c af 5 ledningsrørene 1, der skal samles.
Over slidsen 3a lægges et bånd 4 af et formbart, lyshærdbart polyestermateriale, hvilket bånd dækker slidsen over hele dennes længde, men efterlader slidsenderne åbne. Polyesterbåndet 4 lyshærdes, således at det bliver bundet til polyestervævet 3. I samlingsstedet 2b mellem ledningsrørene 1 indføres på hensigtsmæssig måde, for eksempel ved injeksering gennem båndet 4, en 15 opskummelig væske, for eksempel en polyol- og isocyanatblånding for fremstilling af en polyuretanskum i tilstrækkelig mængde til at det hærdede skum udfylder samlingsstedet 2b. Luft og gasser i polyuretan-skummet kan slippe ud gennem slidsens åbne ender. Svøbet 3 og det lys-hærdede bånd 4 fungerer således som form for cel!eplasten, hvilken 20 form, på grund af sin gennemsigtighed, muliggør en kontrol af, at hele samlingsstedet eller samlingsrummet 2b udfyldes med celleplast.

Claims (3)
1. Fremgangsmåde til samling af isolerede ledningsrør (1), ved hvilken fremgangsmåde der efter konventionel forbindelse af medierørenes (2) 5 afisolerede ender (2a) lægges et svøb (3) omkring den på denne måde tilvejebragte samling (2b), således at dette svøb har en overlapning på ydersiden (2c) af ledningsrørene, som skal samles og danner en form for opskumning af et isolerende celleplastmateriale i samlingen (2b), hvilket svøb er et over hele sin længde opslidset relativt stift og i 10 sin omkredsretning fjedrende plastrør, kendetegnet ved, at svøbet, før sin anbringelse omkring samlingsstedet, har en indre diameter, der er mindre end ledningsrørenes (1) ydre diameter, og at der efter svøbets anbringelse omkring samlingsstedet på svøbets slids (3a) over stort set hele dennes længde anbringes et bånd (4), hvor slidsens 15 ender fungerer som afløb for gasserne, der frembringes under opskum-ningsprocessen, hvilket bånd (4) består af et formbart, hærdbart plastmateriale, der ved hærdning er foreneligt med svøbet, og som derefter hærdes for afbinding til svøbet.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kende te g n e t ved, at svøbet (3) består af glasfiberarmeret polyester.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav log2, kendetegnet ved, at det hærdbare og formbare plastmateriale er en lyshærdbar, umættet polyes-25 ter, fortrinsvis en UV-hærdbar polyester.
