Claims (8)

1. Förfarande för framställning av en byggnadspanelskiva, kännetecknat av att man bildar en lös matta bestä-ende av överlappande strängar av cellulosamaterial, som päförts ett hartslim, mattan sammanpressas och härdas, sä att man erhäl-ler ett block med öppen struktur, och pä detta päföres en port-landcementblandning, sä att den intränger i mellanrummen mellan strängarna och bildar ett putsskikt pä blocket, och att en arme-ring av med harts behandlat filamentmaterial inlägges i ett parti av portlandcementblandningen och appliceras tili ett skikt se-parat frän blocket av cellulosamaterial.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att ett av portlandcementblandning bestäende ytskikt appliceras pä putsskiktet.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av att harts päföres pä filamentmaterialet och härdas partiellt, sä att man erhäller en limbindning innan filamentmaterialet inlägges i portlandcementblandningen.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 3, kännetecknat av att det med harts behandlade filamentmaterialet inlägges i portlandcementblandningen i ett skede av härdningsprocessen, vid vilket hartsets och portlandcementens exotermiska reaktioner be-främjar varandra.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 2, 3 eller 4, kännetecknat av att filamentmaterialet utgöres av nylonsträng-ar.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 5, kännetecknat av att nylonsträngarna belägges med ett vattenlösligt, fenolfritt resorcinolnovalackharts förnätat med formaldehyd eller paraform-aldehyd.
7. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 5 eller 6, kännetecknat av att nylonsträngarna inlägges i form av ett nät med öppna maskor i portlandcementblandningen.
