Claims (16)

1. Vattenhaltig glasfiberdispersionskomposition för fram- ställning av glasfibermattor med jämn kvalitet och med hög hällfast-het, kännetecknad därav, att den omfattar glasfibrer dispergerade i ett vattensystem, som innehäller en aminoxid med formeln R, I *· R~ - N 0 ^ I R3 där R^, Rj och R^ är kolvätegrupper med företrädesvis 1-30 kol-atomer, varvid det totala antalet kolatomer är ca. 14-40, företrädesvis ca. 18-24, och ett derivat av guar-gummi, som är karboxi-metylhydroxipropylerat guar-gummi, kvaternärt ammoniserat guar-gummi eller hydroxipropylerat guar-gummi.
2. Komposition enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att aminoxiden är dimety 1-(hydrerad talg) aminoxid.
3. Komposition enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att fiberdispersionen innehäller ca. 0,1-2 vikt-% fibrer, varvid aminoxidhalten är ca. 5-500 ppm, och kompositionen innehäller ca. 0,05-0,5 vikt-% av ett derivat av guar-gummi.
4. Komposition enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att fiberdispersionen innehäller ca. 0,2-1 vikt-% fibrer aminoxidhalten är ca. 10-200 ppm, och halten guar-gummi-derivat är ca. 0,1-0,3 vikt-%.
5. Komposition enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att nämnda fiberdispersionen innehäller 0,5 vikt-% fibrer 20 ppm dimetyl-(hydrerad talg) aminoxid, och 0,2 vikt-% karboximetylhydroxipropylerat guar-gummi.
6. Komposition enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att nämnda fibrer är torr- eller vätskumma fibrer med en längd av ca. 0,32-7,62 cm och en diameter av ca. 3-20 ^um, och de är limmade eller olimmade.
7. Förfarande för framställning av glasfibermattor med jämn kvalitet och hög hällfasthet, kännetecknat därav, att man a) dispergerar glasfibrer i ett vattenhaltigt system, som innehäller en aminoxid med formeln 14 631 75 ?ι R- - N - 0 ^ f R3 där R^, R2 och R^ är kolvätegrupper med företrädesvis 1-30 kol-atomer, varvid det totala antalet kolatomer är ca. 14-40, företrädesvis ca. 18-24, och ett derivat av guar-gummi, som är ett karboximetyl-hydroxipropylerat guar-gummi, kvaternärt ammoniserat guar-gummi eller hydroxipropylerat guar-gummi, b) leder dispersionen genom ett mattbildande filter för bildande av en glasmatta under samtidig avlägsning av vattensystemet därur, och c) tillvaratager glasfibermattan.
8. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 7, känneteck-n a t därav, att det avlägsnade vattenhaltiga materialet leds pä nytt genom den mattbildande silen.
9. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 7, känneteck- n a t därav, att dispersionen utspäds innan den leds genom silen.
10. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 7, känneteck-n a t därav, att fibrerna dispergeras sa, att fiberhalten är ca. 0,1-2 vikt-%, aminoxidhalten är ca. 5-500 ppm och halten guar-gummi-derivat är ca. 0,05-0,5 vikt-% av dispersionen.
11. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 7, känneteck-n a t därav, att fiberhalten är ca. 0,2 vikt-%, aminoxidhalten är ca. 10-200 ppm och halten guar-gummiderivat är ca. 0,1-0,3 vikt-%.
12. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 7, känneteck-n a t därav, att fiberdispersionen innehäller 0,5 vikt-% fibrer, 20 ppm dimetyl-(hydrerad talg) aminoxid och 0,2 vikt-% karboximetyl-hydroxipropylerat guar-gummi.
13. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 9, känneteck-n a t därav, att fiberdispersionen utspäds till en halt av ca. 0,01-1 vikt-%.
14. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 9, känneteck-n a t därav, att fiberdispersionen utspäds till en halt av ca. 0,02-0,5 vikt-%.
15. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 9, känneteck-n a t därav, att halten är 0,03 vikt-%.
16. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 7, känneteck-n a t därav, att nämnda fibrer är torr- eller vätskumma fibrer med pn längd av ca. 0,32-7,62 cm och en diameter av ca. 3-20 ^um, och de är limmade eller olimmade.
