Claims (13)

1. Förfarande för framställning av en mineralfiberprodukt, vid vilket förfarande mineralfibrer, särskilt glasfibrer, omedelbart efter bildandet av desamma passerar tili avsättning pä ett mot-tagarorgan i form av ett nätverk av varandra korsande fibrer, under vilken passage i mineralfibermassan dels införes härda, icke-formbara mineralpartiklar under homogen fördelning av dem i det avsatta mineralfibernätverket, och dels införes ett värmehärdbart bindemedel för sammanbindning av nämnda fibrer vid deras kors-ningspunkter, och det pä mottagarorganet avsatta mineralfibernätverket underkastas dels en volymförminskning, varvid de införda mineralpartiklarna inneslutes individuellt i av varandra korsande fibrer avgränsade rum, och dels härdning av bindemedlet, k ä n-netecknat av att de icke-formbara mineralpartiklarna (12) tillföres i form av en genom tyngdkraftens inverkan kontinuerligt fallande, homogen ridä av mineralpartiklar, vilken ridä ringformigt omger mineralfiberströmmen (2), och att mineralpartiklarna frän denna fallande ridä inbläses i den tili mottagarorganet passerande mineralfibermassan med hjälp av en gasström (20; 4o).
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet l,kännetecknat ay att det avsatta mineralfibernätverkets volymförminskning ästad-kommes genom sugning tvärs genom fibermassan.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, känneteck-n a t ay att den kontinuerligt fallande homogena ridän av mineralpartiklar faller frän en fördelningsyta (35, 36), som omger den tili mottagarorganet passerande mineralfibermassan (2). 15 62526 Förfarande enligt ndgot av patentkraven 1-3» väri mineral-fibrerna passerar tili mottagarorganet som en ringformig massa, som bibringas en rotationsrörelse, kännetecknat av att mineralpartiklarna inbldses i nämnda ringformiga massa genom att de bibringas en rörelse med en komponent riktad motsatt mot fiber-massans rotationsrörelse.

Anordning för utövande av förfarandet enligt patentkravet 1, vilken anordning har organ för framställning av mineral fibrer, särskilt glasfibrer, ett mottagarorgan, pd vilket mineralfibrerna kan avsättas, medel för tillförande av ett bindemedel tili den mot nämnda mottagarorgan passerande mineralfibermassan, medel för ho-mogen inkorporering av mineralpartiklar i den mot mottagarorganet passerande mineralfibermassan, medel för minskande av den pä mottagarorganet avsatta mineralfibermassans volym och medel för härd-ning av det tillförda bindemedlet, kännetecknad av att medlen för homogen inkorporering av mineralpartiklar innefattar ett ringformigt fördelningsorgan (fördelningskrans) (16; 35)» frän vilket mineralpartiklarna (12) genom tygdkraftens inverkan kan strömma som en kontinuerligt fallande, homogen ridd, och organ (20; *10) för att med hjälp av en gasström inbläsa de frdn fördel-ningsorganet (35)-fallande mineralpartiklarna i den tili mottagarorganet passerande mineralfibermassan (2).
6. Anordning enligt patentkravet 5» kännetecknad av att under organen (20) för inbläsning av mineralpartiklarna i fibermassan är anordnad en oscillerande kanal (21), genom vilken fibermassan (2) med de däri införda mineralpartiklarna passerar.
7. Anordning enligt patentkravet 5, kännetecknad av att den har organ (3*0 för matande av mineralpartiklarna tili fördelningskransen (35) i form av strdlar (38)» varjämte kransen har en lutning, som är dtminstone lika stor som mineralpartiklarnas rasvinkel, och att mineralpartiklarnas tillförselställen är sd inbördes belägna vid fördelningskransen att mineralpartikelsträ-larna (38), som breder ut sig pd kransens lutande yta (36), kommer i kontakt med varandra vid kransens nedre kant (39) under dstad-kommande av ett kontinuerligt, homogent partikelskikt med enhet-lig tjocklek.
8. Anordning enligt patentkravet 7» kännetecknad av att organen för matning av mineralpartiklarna tili fördelnings-organet bestär av ledningar (3*0» vilka genom öppningar (33) stdr i förbindelse med ett matningsorgan (31) för mineralpartiklar,
