Claims (9)
1. Förfarande for beläggande av planglas, varvid beläggningsgas ledes pä ytan som skall beläggas av i rörelse varande glas frän en distributor, som sträcker sig över denna yta och tvärs mot glasets rörelseriktning, varvid gasen ledes i en kanal, som delvis begränsas av glaset, kännetecknad därav, att gasströmmen i distributören är tillstrypt pä ett avständ frän glaset för alstrande av ett väsentligen enhetligt tryck i gasströmmen över distributörens längd, och att gasströmmen med det väsentligen enhetliga trycket riktas paral-lellt med glaset över glasytan och parallellt med glasets rörelseriktning med en sadan linear hastighet hos gasströmmen i förhällande tili kanalens dimensio-ner och gasens densitet och viskositet, att ett Reynolds-tal under 2500 erhälles för nämnda gasström över glasytan, som pä detta sätt göres enhetlig.
2. Apparat för beläggande av planglas medelst förfarandet enligt patent-kravet 1 och omfattande ett underlag för glaset som skall beläggas, en gasdistri-butör, som sträcker sig över bredden av glaset som skall beläggas,och medel för astad-kommande av relativ rörelse mellan glaset och distributören, kännetecknad därav, att gasdistributören (267 inkluderar en gastillförselledning (M), en styrränna (27), som sträcker sig över bredden av glaset som skall beläggas och en tillstrypningsanordning för gassträmningen (1*2) mellan gastillförsselledning (1*1) och styrrännan (27), dä styrrännan (27) definieras av utformade väggar, vilka anordnats att styra gasen, som levereras frän gastillförselledningen och att förorsaka att gasen strömmar väsentligen parallellt med glasytan under laminära strömningsförhällanden.
3. Apparat enligt patentkravet 2,kännetecknad därav, att tillstrypningsanordningen for gaströmningen (1+2) bildas av en rad kanaler med liten tvärsnittsarea mellan tillförselledningen (1*1) och styrrännan (27), varvid dimensionerna av kanalerna är sädana, att tryckfallet längs ledningen är litet i jämförelse med tryckfallet längs kanalerna (1+8). 1+. Apparat enligt patentkravet 2 eller 3, kännetecknad av medel för reglerande av temperaturen i Väggen (58), som definierar den med glasytan väsentligen parallella gasbanan.
5· Apparat enligt patentkravet U, k ä n n e t ecknad därav, att nämnda medel omfattar en värmeisolering (59) mellan tillförselledningen (hl) och väggen (58).
6. Apparat enligt nägot av patentkraven 2-5, kännetecknad därav, att styrrännan (27) omfattar utformade väggar (52, 53), som leder gasen bort frän glasytan efter att beläggningsmaterialet utfällts pä glasytan.
