Claims (13)
1. Förfarande för framställning av jetbränslen genom hydrering i tvä steg av ett kolvätebeskickningsmaterial, vars kokningsintervall ligger inom temperaturintervallet ca 150-290°C och som är i huvud-sak fritt frän svavelhaltiga föroreningar, kännetecknat av att (a) beskickningsmaterialet leds i medström i kontakt med en rikligt med väte innehällande gas genom en första hydreringszon, som arbetar vid en temperatur av ca 120-300°C och förhöjt tryck, i kontakt med en hydreringskatalysator för ätminstone partiell hydrering av beskickningsmaterialet; (b) frän den första hydreringszonen uttas en gasfas-utflödes-ström, som omfattar väte och förängade vätskor, samt en partiellt hydrerad vätskefas-kolväteström; (c) nämnda vätskefas-kolväteström hydreras i en andra hydreringszon, som arbetar vid en temperatur av ca 90-260°C och förhöjt tryck, genom att inleda densamma i den andra reaktionszonen i motström tili en rikligt med väte innehällande gas, i kontakt med en hydreringskatalysator, och (d) frän den andra hydreringszonen uttas en gasfas-utflödes-ström, som innehäller väte och förängade vätskor, samt en vätske-fas-utflödesström, som bestär av jetbränsle.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att beskickningsmaterialet tili den första hydreringszonen av-svavlas innan det inmatas i denna zon.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att beskickningsmaterialet tili den första hydreringszonen för-värmes innan det inmatas i denna zon.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 3, kännetecknat av att gasfas-utflödesströmmarna frän den första och den andra hydreringszonen förenas och ledes tili indirekt värmeväxling med beskickningsmaterialet tili den första hydreringszonen, sä att gasfas-utflödesströmmarna kyls och nämnda beskickningsmaterial förvärms.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att gasfas-utflödesströmmarna frän den första och den andra hydreringszonen kyls sä längt, att deras förängade vätskekompor nenter kondenserar, och dessa vätskekomponenter avskiljs frän de kvarvarande gaskomponenterna och äterförs i form av vätskebeskick-ningsmaterial tili den första hydreringszonen.
