Claims (10)

Menetelmä metallikomponentin ja polymeerikomponentin yhdistämiseksi ja rakenne, joka käsittää mainitut komponentit Patenttivaatimukset
1. Menetelmä metallikomponentin (1) ja polymeerikomponentin (2) yhdistämiseksi, joka menetelmä käsittää: - hankitaan metallikomponentti (1) ja polymeerikomponentti (2); - hankitaan aikaan ekstruusiomuottilevy (3), jossa on yksi läpimenevä reikä (4); —- asetetaan ekstruusiomuottilevy (3) mainitun metallikomponentin (1) ja mainitun polymeerikomponentin (2) väliin; jolloin menetelmä käsittää lisäksi - pyöritetään ja upotetaan kulumattoman ja jäykän työkalun (5) mittapäätä (5a) metallikomponentin (1) paksuuden poikki ja lopulta ekstruusiomuottilevyn (3) maini- — tun läpimenevän reiän (4) läpi, puristaen siten osan metallikomponentista (1) ekstruusiomuottilevyn (3) mainitun läpimenevän reiän (4) läpi polymeerikomponent- tiin (2), jolloin mittapäällä (5a) on pyörimisakseli, jolla on siirtymä suulakepuristus- suutinlevyn (3) mainitun läpimenevän reiän (4) keskustaan nähden pyörimis- ja upotustoiminnon aikana.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jossa menetelmä käsittää lisäksi, että - vedetään sisään työkalun (5) mittapää (5a) ja - annetaan polymeerikomponentin (2) virrata takaisin metallikomponentissa (1) ole- — vaan onteloon, joka on muodostunut anturin (5a) pyörimisestä ja upottamisesta.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen menetelmä, jossa työkalu (5) käsittää olak- keen (5b) ja menetelmä käsittää lisäksi - työkalun olakkeen (5b) siirtämisen kosketukseen metalliosan (1) vapaan pinnan — kanssa.
4. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-3 mukainen menetelmä, jossa pyörimis- ja upotus- toiminto tuottaa metallikomponentin (1) puristettua metallia olevan koukun poly- meerikomponenttiin (2).
5. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-4 mukainen menetelmä, jossa metallikomponentti (1) on alumiinia.
6. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-5 mukainen menetelmä, jossa metallikomponentti (1) ja polymeerikomponentti (2) liitetään yhteen liima-, diffuusio- ja tarttumisliitos- mekanismien avulla.
7. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-6 mukainen menetelmä, jossa menetelmä käsittää lisäksi että: —- työkalun mittapäätä (5a) liikutetaan samalla kun työkalun (5) mittapäätä (5a) pyö- ritetään ja upotetaan.
8. Rakenne, joka käsittää metallikomponentin (1) ja polymeerikomponentin (2), jossa on pistehitsaus tai erilainen limityssauma mainitun metallikomponentin (1) ja — mainitun polymeerikomponentin (2) välillä, tunnettu siitä, että rakenne käsittää ekstruusiomuottilevyn (3), joka on sijoitettu päällekkäin menevän metallikomponen- tin (1) ja polymeerikomponentin (2) väliin, jossa suulakepuristusmuottilevyssä (3) on yksi tai useampi läpimenoreikä (4), jolloin rakenne käsittää metallikomponentista (1) muodostetun ei-akselisymmetrisen koukun ja puristettuna polymeerikomponent- — tiin (2) mainitun yhden tai useamman läpimenevän reiän (4) kautta.
9. Patenttivaatimuksen 8 mukainen rakenne, jossa metallikomponentti (1) on alu- miinia.
10. Patenttivaatimuksen 8 tai 9 mukainen rakenne, jossa metallikomponentti (1) ja polymeerikomponentti (2) on liitetty yhteen liima-, diffuusio- ja tarttumisliitosmeka- nismien avulla.
