Abstract

Keksinnön kohteena on komposiittilevy, ja menetelmä komposiittilevyn valmistamiseksi. Keksinnön mukaisesti komposiittilevyyn kuuluu useampia kuin yksi puupohjaisen materiaalin kerros (1, 3), ja ainakin yhteen puupohjaisten materiaalikerrosten väliin on järjestetty ainakin yksi toiminnallinen kerros (2,4,5), joka on valittu ryhmästä: äänieristekerros, lämpöeristekerros, kosteussulkukerros ja palosuojakerros ja näiden yhdistelmät, ja kerrokset (1,2,3,4,5) on ladottu päällekkäin ennalta määrätyssä järjestyksessä, kerrosten väliin on järjestetty liimakerrokset (6) kerrosten liittämiseksi yhteen, ja kerrokset on puristettu yhteen kertapuristuksen avulla. Lisäksi keksinnön kohteena on menetelmä komposiittilevyn valmistamiseksi ja komposiittilevyn käyttö rakennus- ja/tai suojamateriaalina.
