Claims (6)

  1. Patenttivaatimukset

    1. Menetelmä polttoainekoostumuksen valmistamiseksi, joka menetelmä käsittää vaiheet, joissa
    5 a) 2-metyylifuraani (2-MF) oligomerisoidaan käyttämällä happokatalyyttiä, mistä syntyy furanyyliä sisältävä oligomerisointikoostumus, joka käsittää vähintään 70 painoprosenttia oligomeerejä, jotka valitaan sellaisten 2-MF:n trimeerien, tetrameerien ja pentameerien joukosta, jotka käsittävät 24 furanyyliryhmää
    10 b) yhtä tai useampaa materiaalin ainesosaa, jotka käsittävät rasvahappoja tai rasvahappojohdannaisia, sekoitetaan mahdollisesti vaiheessa a) saadun furanyyliä sisältävän oligomerisointikoostumuksen kanssa, jolloin syntyy yhteissyötevirtakoostumus
    c) vaiheessa a) saadulle furanyyliä sisältävälle oligerisointikoostumukselle tai
    15 vaiheessa b) saadulle yhteissyötevirtakoostumukselle suoritetaan hapenpoistokäsittely vedyn avulla vetyavusteisen hapenpoiston yksikössä, joka käsittää molybdeeni- ja/tai volframikatalyyttiä, mahdollisesti molybdeeni- ja/tai volframikatalyyttiä, johon on lisätty promoottoria, mahdollisesti sulfidoitua molybdeeni- ja/tai volframikatalyyttiä, jolloin
    20 saadaan polttoainekoostumusta jolloin mainittu polttoainekoostumus käsittää vähintään 55 painoprosenttia sekä mono- että dinafteenejä ja aromaattisia aineita siinä osassa polttoainekoostumusta, joka syntyy furanyyliä sisältävän oligomerisointikoostumuksen vedyn avulla tehtävästä hapenpoistokäsittelystä.
  2. 2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jossa vaihe b on pakollinen.
  3. 3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen menetelmä, jossa polttoainekoostumus on keskitisleen polttoainekoostumus.

  4. 4. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa polttoainekoostumus on ilman muutoksia olemassa oleviin järjestelmiin sopiva polttoainekoostumus.

Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa yksi tai useampi materiaalin ainesosa, jotka käsittävät rasvahappoja tai rasvahappojohdannaisia, valitaan kasviöljyn/-rasvojen, mukaan lukien raaka mäntyöljy tai mäntyöljyn rasvahapot, kasvisöljyn/-rasvojen, eläinöljyn/-rasvojen, mukaan lukien kalaöljy/-rasvat ja leväöljy/-rasvat, tai muista mikrobiprosesseista
    10 saatavien öljyn/-rasvojen, esimerkiksi geneettisesti manipuloitujen leväöljyjen/rasvojen, muista mikrobiprosesseista saatavien geneettisesti manipuloitujen öljyjen/-rasvojen sekä geneettisesti manipuloitujen kasvisöljyjen/-rasvojen, kierrätettävän jätteen, kierrätettävän jäämän tai niiden yhdistelmän joukosta.

Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa 2metyylifuraanin (2-MF) oligomerisointi vaiheessa a) johtaa furanyyliä sisältävään oligomerisointikoostumukseen, joka käsittää vähintään 80 painoprosenttia oligomeerejä, jotka valitaan sellaisten 2-MF:n trimeerien, tetrameerien ja pentameerien joukosta, jotka käsittävät 2-4 furanyyliryhmää.
    7. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa kiehumispistealue yli 60 painoprosentissa polttoainekoostumuksesta on 150400 °C, kuten 180-400 °C, kuten 180-360 °C.
    25 8. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa polttoainekoostumuksessa ei suoriteta mitään isomerisointireaktioita.
    9. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa happokatalyytti vaiheessa a) on happoioninvaihtohartsikatalyytti, kuten

    c) molybdeeni- ja/tai volframikatalyyttiin on lisätty promoottorina nikkeliä tai kobolttia.
    5 11. Patenttivaatimuksen 10 mukainen menetelmä, jossa vaiheen c) joudutettu molybdeeni-ja/tai volframikatalyytti on sulfidoitu Ni-Mo-katalyytti.

Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa vaihe c) suoritetaan reaktio-olosuhteissa, joissa lämpötila on 200-400 °C, kuten 22010 380 °C, kuten 250-350 °C, kuten 295-335 °C, ja joissa paine on 20-150 baaria, kuten 60-120 baaria, kuten 90-110 baaria, kuten 95-100 baaria.
