Claims (15)
1. Menetelmä tuotantoprosessissa, jossa hajotetaan selluloosamassan kuituja, valmistetun nanofibrilliselluloosan laadun valvomiseksi, tunnettu siitä, että menetelmässä - mitataan mainitusta hajotusprosessista saatua nanofibriliselluloosaa sisältävän dispersion sameutta optisesti reaaliajassa, ja - määritetään mainitun tuotetun nanofibrilliselluloosan laatu mitatun sameuden ja tuotetun nanofibrilliselluloosan mainitun laadun välisen korrelaation avulla, jolloin alentunut sameus osoittaa nanofibrilliselluloosan parempaa laatua.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jossa sameusmittaus suoritetaan mainitun dispersion 0,15-10 %:n, kuten 1—5 %:n, esimerkiksi 1,5-4 %:n sakeudessa.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen menetelmä, jossa nanofibrilliselluloosan laatu käsittää mainitun nanofibrilliselluloosan fibrilloitumisasteen.
4. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa sameusmittaus on valonsirontamittaus.
5. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-3 mukainen menetelmä, jossa sameus-mittaus on absorptiomittaus.
6. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa optinen mittaus suoritetaan aallonpituusalueella 260-900 nm, kuten 400-890 nm.
7. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa nanofibrilliselluloosaa sisältävän dispersion virtausnopeus on 0,01-5 m/s, kuten 0,1-3 m/s.
8. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa massa on muunnettua massaa, kuten hapetettua massaa, anionista massaa, kationista massaa tai entsymaattisesti muunnettua massaa.
9. Laite tuotantoprosessissa, jossa hajotetaan selluloosamassan kuituja, valmistetun nanofibrilliselluloosan laadun valvomiseksi, joka laite on järjestetty vai- vomaan dispersiota, joka sisältää mainittua tuotettua nanofibrilliselluloosaa, joka on saatu hajotuslaitteesta, tunnettu siitä, että valvontalaite käsittää - välineet mainitun dispersion sameuden mittaamiseksi optisesti reaaliajassa, ja - välineet mainitun tuotetun nanofibrilliselluloosan laadun määrittämiseksi mitatun sameuden ja tuotetun nanofibrilliselluloosan mainitun laadun välisen korrelaation avulla, jolloin alentunut sameus osoittaa nanofibrilliselluloosan parempaa laatua, käyttämällä jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukaista menetelmää.
10. Patenttivaatimuksen 9 mukainen laite, jossa välineet mainitun dispersion sameuden mittaamiseksi optisesti reaaliajassa käsittävät turbidimetrin, joka on valittu esimerkiksi nefelometrin ja absorptioturbidimetrin joukosta.
11. Patenttivaatimuksen 9 tai 10 mukainen laite, jossa massanhajotuslaite on valittu roottori-roottoridispergaattorin, dispergaattorin, homogenisaattorin, hier-timen, jauhimen, kolloidisekoittimen, kitkajauhimen, sauvamyllyn, ultraääni-sonikaattorin ja fluidisaattorin joukosta.
12. Laitekokoonpano, joka käsittää jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 9-11 mukaisen laitteen liitettynä ainakin yhteen massanhajotuslaitteeseen.
13. Patenttivaatimuksen 12 mukainen laitekokoonpano, joka kokoonpano käsittää ainakin kaksi hajotuslaitetta.
14. Patenttivaatimuksen 13 mukainen laitekokokoonpano, joka kokoonpano käsittää ainakin kaksi laitetta nanofibrilliselluloosan laadun valvomiseksi, jotka on kukin liitetty eri hajotuslaitteeseen mainituista ainakin kahdesta hajotus-laitteesta.
15. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 12-14 mukainen laitekokoonpano, joka käsittää ohjauselimet, jotka on järjestetty ohjaamaan ainakin yhtä mainittua hajotuslaitetta mainitusta ainakin yhdestä hajotuslaitteesta saadun nanofibrilliselluloosan valvotun laadun perusteella.
