Claims (15)
1. Välipala-annos jolla on veren LDL-kolesterolia alentava vaikutus, tunnettu siitä, että välipala-annos käsittää - 0.8-15 g kasvisteroli- ja kasvistanoliekvivalentteja yhteenlaskettuna, joista ekvivalenteista a) 0.10-3.0 g on vapaassa muodossa, edellyttäen että 5.0-30 % on vapaassa muodossa, ja b) loput ekvivalenteista ovat esteröidyssä muodossa, - 3.0-15 g triglyseridirasvaa, - lisäksi vähintään yhden syötävän ainesosan, ja - vettä korkeintaan 15 % annoksen painosta.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen välipala-annos, tunnettu siitä, että syötävät ainesosat käsittävät proteiinia 1.5-30 g, edullisesti 2.0-25 g, edullisemmin 3.0-20 g, ja edullisimmin 4.0-15 g.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen välipala-annos, tunnettu siitä, että se käsittää - 0.8-3.0 g, edullisesti 1.5-3.0 g, ja edullisimmin 1.5-2.0 g kasvisteroli- ja kasvistanoliekvivalentteja yhteenlaskettuna, joista ekvivalenteista a) 0.10-0.90 g on vapaassa muodossa, edellyttäen että 5.0-30 %, edullisesti 5.0-25 % on vapaassa muodossa, ja b) loput ekvivalenteista ovat esteröidyssä muodossa, ja - 3.0-8.0 g, edullisesti 4.0-8.0 g, ja edullisimmin 4.5-8.0 g triglyseridirasvaa.
4. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen välipala-annos, tunnettu siitä, että kasvisteroli- ja kasvistanoliekvivalentteja on yhteenlaskettuna 1.0-15 g, edullisesti 1.5-12 g, edullisemmin 1.8-10 g, vielä edullisemmin 2.0-8.0 g, edelleen vielä edullisemmin 2.2-7.0 g, ja edullisimmin 2.5-6.0 g.
5. Jokin patenttivaatimusten 1, 2 ja 4 mukainen välipala-annos, tunnettu siitä, että kasvisteroli- ja kasvistanoliekvivalenttien määrä vapaassa muodossa on 0.15-3.0 g, edullisesti 0.18-2.5 g, edullisemmin 0.20-2.0 g, vielä edullisemmin 0.20-1.5 g, edelleen vielä edullisemmin 0.22-1.3 g, ja edullisimmin 0.25-1.0 g, edellyttäen että 7.0-30 %, edullisesti 8.0-30 % yhteenlasketuista kasvisteroli- ja kasvistanoliekvivalenteista on vapaassa muodossa.
6. Patenttivaatimuksen 5 mukainen välipala-annos, tunnettu siitä, että kasvisteroli- ja kasvistanoliekvivalenttien määrä vapaassa muodossa on 0.15-3.0 g, edullisesti 0.18-2.5 g, edullisemmin 0.20-2.0 g, vielä edullisemmin 0.20-1.5 g, edelleen vielä edullisemmin 0.22-1.3 g, ja edullisimmin 0.25-1.0 g, edellyttäen että 10-30 %, edullisesti 13-30 % yhteenlasketuista kasvisteroli- ja kasvistanoliekvivalenteista on vapaassa muodossa.
7. Patenttivaatimuksen 6 mukainen välipala-annos, tunnettu siitä, että kasvisteroli- ja kasvistanoliekvivalenttien määrä vapaassa muodossa on 0.15-3.0 g, edullisesti 0.18-2.5 g, edullisemmin 0.20-2.0 g, vielä edullisemmin 0.20-1.5 g, edelleen vielä edullisemmin 0.22-1.3 g, ja edullisimmin 0.25-1.0 g, edellyttäen että 16-30 %, edullisesti 20-30 % yhteenlasketuista kasvisteroli- ja kasvistanoliekvivalenteista on vapaassa muodossa.
8. Jokin patenttivaatimusten 1, 2 ja 4-7 mukainen välipala-annos, tunnettu siitä, että triglyseridirasvaa on 5-14 g, edullisemmin 4.0-13 g, vielä edullisemmin 4.5-12 g, edelleen vielä edullisemmin 5.0-12 g, yhä edelleen edullisemmin 5.5-12 g, ja edullisimmin 6.0-10 g.
9. Jokin patenttivaatimusten 1-8 mukainen välipala-annos, tunnettu siitä, että vettä on korkeintaan 10 %, edullisimmin korkeintaan 5 % annoksen painosta.
10. Pakkaus joka sisältää välipalatuotteen jolla on veren LDL-kolesterolia alentava vaikutus, tunnettu siitä, että välipalatuote käsittää - 1.0-20 p-%, edullisesti 1.2-15 p-%, edullisemmin 1.5-12 p-% ja edullisimmin 2.ΟΙ 0 p-% kasvisteroli- ja kasvistanoliekvivalentteja yhteenlaskettuna, joista ekvivalenteista painoa kohti a) 5.0-30 %, edullisesti 7.0-30 %, edullisemmin 8.0-30 %, vielä edullisemmin 10-30 %, edelleen vielä edullisemmin 13-30 %, yhä edullisemmin 16-30 %, edullisimmin 20-30 % on vapaassa muodossa, ja b) loput ekvivalenteista ovat esteröidyssä muodossa, - 2.0-30 p-%, edullisesti 4.0-28 p-%, edullisemmin 6.0-25 p-%, vielä edullisemmin 8.0-25 p-%, edelleen vielä edullisemmin 10-25 p-%, yhä edelleen edullisemmin 12-25 %, ja edullisimmin 12-20 p-% triglyseridirasvaa, - 0.1-15 p-%, edullisesti 0.1-10 p-%, ja edullisimmin 0.1-5.0 p-% vettä, ja - lisäksi 35-96.9 p-% vähintään yhtä syötävää ainesosaa.
11. Patenttivaatimuksen 10 mukainen pakkaus, tunnettu siitä, että triglyseridirasvaa on vähintään 3.0 g, edullisesti 3.0-15 g, ja edullisimmin 4.0-6.0 g annosta kohti.
12. Patenttivaatimuksen 10 tai 11 mukainen pakkaus, tunnettu siitä, että syötävät ainesosat käsittävät proteiinia 1.0-50 %, edullisesti 3.0-45 %, edullisemmin 4.0-40 %, vielä edullisemmin 6.0-35 %, edelleen vielä edullisemmin 7.0-35 %, yhä edelleen edullisemmin 8.0-35 % ja edullisimmin 10-30 % välipalatuotteen painosta.
13. Jokin patenttivaatimusten 1-9 mukainen välipala-annos tai jokin patenttivaatimusten 10-12 mukainen pakkaus, tunnettu siitä, että välipalatuotteen annoskoko tai välipala-annoksen koko on 10-100 g, edullisesti 20-60 g, ja edullisimmin 30-50 g.
14. Jokin patenttivaatimusten 1-9 mukainen välipala-annos tai jokin patenttivaatimusten 10-12 mukainen pakkaus, tunnettu siitä, että välipala-annos tai välipalatuote on valittu ryhmästä keksit, patukat, voileipäkeksit, pullat kakut, tortillalastut, leipätikut, makeiset, edullisesti keksit, patukat ja voileipäkeksit, edullisemmin keksit ja patukat, ja edullisimmin välipala-annos tai välipalatuote on keksit.
15. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukaisen tai siinä määritellyn välipala-annoksen tai välipalatuotteen käyttö veren LDL-kolesterolin alentamiseksi nauttimatta ateriaa.
