Claims (12)
1. Menetelmä mikrofibrilloidun selluloosan (MFC) valmistamiseksi, josta on poistettu vettä, joka menetelmä käsittää i) tuotetaan vesipitoinen MFC liete, ii) valinnaisesti poistetaan vettä mainitusta MFC lietteestä mekaanisesti osittain kuivatun MFC lietteen tuottamiseksi, ja iii) saatetaan mainittu MFC liete tai mainittu osittain kuivattu MFC liete yhden tai useamman superabsorboivan polymeerin avulla tapahtuvaan yhteen tai useampaan kuivaustoimenpiteeseen kuivatun MFC:n valmistamiseksi.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin MFC liete tai osittain kuivattu MFC liete saatetaan kosketuksiin ensimmäisen absorboivan materiaalin kanssa ja sitten toisen absorboivan materiaalin kanssa kuivatun MFC:n valmistamiseksi.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 2 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin ensimmäinen absorboiva materiaali käsittää selluloosa materiaalia, kuten suodatinpaperia.
4. Patenttivaatimuksen 2 tai 3 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin toinen absorboiva materiaali käsittää superabsorboivan polymeerin.
5. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-4 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin kuivausope-raatio toistetaan ainakin kerran.
6. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-5 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin MFC lietteen kuiva-ainepitoisuus on enintään 6 p-%, edullisesti 1-5 p-%, edullisemmin 1.5-4 p-%.
7. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-6 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin osittain kuivatun MFC lietteen kuiva-ainepitoisuus on enintään 20 p-%, edullisesti enintään 15 p-%, edullisemmin 5-15 p-%.
8. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-7 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin kuivatun MFC lietteen kuiva-ainepitoisuus on vähintään 20 p-%, edullisesti vähintään 40 p-%, edullisemmin vähintään 40 p-%, ja vielä edullisemmin vähintään 60 p-%.
9. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-8 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin kuivattu MFC voidaan uudelleen dispergoida veteen ilman oleellista MFC materiaaliominaisuuksien heikkenemistä, jolloin kuivatun MFC:n uudelleen dispergoin-tia arvioidaan vertaamalla ei-kuivatun MFC:n ja kuivatun ja uudelleen disper-goidun MFC:n viskositeettiä ja transmissiota, jolloin viskositeetin tai transmission ero ei ole suurempi kuin 30 %, edullisesti ei ole suurempi kuin 20 %.
10. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-9 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin menetelmä suoritetaan liikkuvalla substraatilla niin, että MFC liete tai osittain kuivattu MFC liete asetetaan substraatille ja liikkuu substraatin mukana kuivausalueelle, jolloin absorboiva materiaali saatetaan kosketuksiin MFC:n kanssa tietyn ajanjakson ajan, jonka jälkeen absorboiva materiaali poistetaan ja valinnaisesti tämä operaatio toistetaan kuivatun MFC:n valmistamiseksi.
11. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-9 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin menetelmä suoritetaan liikkuvalla substraatilla niin, että MFC liete tai osittain kuivattu MFC liete asetetaan substraatille ja liikkuu substraatin mukana ensimmäiselle kuivausalueelle, jolloin ensimmäinen absorboiva materiaali saatetaan kosketuksiin MFC:n kanssa tietyn ajanjakson ajan, jonka jälkeen ensimmäinen absorboiva materiaali poistetaan ja saatu MFC liikkuu substraatin kanssa toiselle kuivausalueelle, jolloin toinen absorboiva materiaali saatetaan kosketuksiin MFC:n kanssa tietyn ajanjakson ajan, jonka jälkeen toinen absorboiva materiaali poistetaan kuivatun MFC:n valmistamiseksi.
12. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-11 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin poistet-tu(poistetut) absorbointimateriaali(t) regeneroidaan ja uudelleen käytetään ab-sorbointimateriaaleina.
