Claims (12)
1. Menetelmä sähköisen pipetin (1) ohjaamiseksi, joka pipetti käsittää moottorilla (15) sylinterissä (10) liikutettavan männän (11), jota moottoria ohjataan ohjausjärjestelmällä, jota ohjausjärjestelmää ohjataan käyttöliittymän (6, 8, 9) välityksellä pipetin käyttämiseksi, tunnettu siitä, että sähköisen pipetin (1) männän (11) liikkeeseen vaikuttava todellinen välys mitataan pipetissä sijaitsevalla järjestelmällä (16), mitattu välysarvo välitetään sähköisen pipetin ohjausjärjestelmälle, ja männän liikettä säädetään ohjausjärjestelmällä mitatun vä-lysarvon perusteella.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jossa välys mitataan määrittämällä männän (11) todellinen paikka ensimmäisessä asemassa, sitten siirretään mäntä asetetun matkan verran toiseen asemaan, sitten palautetaan mäntä ensimmäiseen asemaan ja mitataan paluumatka, ja sitten verrataan asetettua matkaa ensimmäisestä asemasta toiseen asemaan mitattuun matkaan toisesta asemasta ensimmäiseen asemaan.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen menetelmä, jossa välys mitataan kummassakin männän (11) liikesuunnassa.
4. Patenttivaatimuksen 3 mukainen menetelmä, jossa eri liikesuunnissa mitattujen välysarvojen keskiarvoa käytetään mitattuna välysarvona männän (11) liikkeen säätämiseksi.
5. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-4 mukainen menetelmä, jossa välyksen mittaus suoritetaan aina kun sähköinen pipetti (1) käynnistetään tai sähköisen pipetin kalibrointiprosessin aikana.
6. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-5 mukainen menetelmä, jossa välyksen mittaus suoritetaan sähköiselle pipetille (1), joka on kädessä pidettävä kokonaisuus.
7. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-6 mukainen menetelmä, jossa välyksen mittaus suoritetaan toistuvan pipetoinnin aikana, manuaalipipetoinnissa tai vaiheittaisessa pipetoinnissa.
8. Sähköinen pipetti (1), joka käsittää - moottorilla (15) sylinterissä (10) liikutettavan männän (11), - ohjausjärjestelmän pipetointitoimenpiteiden suorittamiseksi, ja - käyttöliittymän (6, 8, 9) pipetin käyttämiseksi, tunnettu siitä, että pipetti (1) lisäksi käsittää laitteen (16) sähköisen pipetin männän (11) liikkeeseen vaikuttavan todellisen välyksen mittaamiseksi.
9. Patenttivaatimuksen 8 mukainen sähköinen pipetti (1), jossa laite todellisen välyksen mittaamiseksi käsittää optisen haarukkasensorin (16).
10. Patenttivaatimuksen 8 tai 9 mukainen sähköinen pipetti (1), jossa laite (16) todellisen välyksen mittaamiseksi on liitetty pipetin kiinteään rakenteeseen, tai laite on liitetty pipetin mäntään tai männän kanssa liikkuvaan osaan.
11. Patenttivaatimuksen 8 tai 9 mukainen sähköinen pipetti (1), jossa laite todellisen välyksen mittaamiseksi käsittää yhden tai useamman osan liitettynä pipetin kiinteään rakenteeseen ja yhden tai useamman osan liitettynä pipetin mäntään tai männän kanssa liikkuvaan osaan.
12. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 8-11 mukainen sähköinen pipetti (1), jossa sähköinen pipetti (1) on kädessä pidettävä kokonaisuus.
