Claims (28)
1. Nanofibrilliselluloosaa käsittävän erotusaineen käyttö faasien erotukseen, missä ensimmäinen nestefaasi erotetaan vähintään yhdestä faasista, joka valitaan ensimmäiseen nestefaasiin sekoittumattoman toisen nestefaasin, kiinteän faasin ja puolikiinteän faasin joukosta, ja missä erotusaine muodostaa geelimäisen esteen tai välifaasin faasien välille.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen käyttö, missä nanofibrilliselluloosa on kasviperäistä selluloosaa tai mikrobiaalisesti johdettua selluloosaa tai niiden yhdistelmää.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen käyttö, missä nanofibrilliselluloosa on natiivia tai kemiallisesti modifioitua nanofibrilliselluloosaa.
4. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-3 mukainen käyttö, missä nanofibrilliselluloosa on ionivaihdettua nanofibrilliselluloosaa.
5. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-4 mukainen käyttö, missä erotusaine käsittää 0.1 - 100 p-% nanofibrilliselluloosaa.
6. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-5 mukainen käyttö, missä erotusaine käsittää 0.1 - 20 p-% nanofibrilliselluloosaa vesipitoisessa dispersiossa.
7. Menetelmä ensimmäisen nestefaasin erottamiseksi vähintään yhdestä faasista, joka valitaan toisen, ensimmäiseen faasiin sekoittumattoman nestefaasin, kiinteän faasin ja puolikiinteän faasin joukosta, mainitun menetelmän käsittäessä vaiheet, missä nanofibrilliselluloosaa käsittävä erotusaine sisällytetään seokseen, missä toivotaan faasien erotusta, minkä jälkeen faasit muodostetaan ja poistetaan faasit, ja missä erotusaine muodostaa geelimäisen esteen tai välifaasin faasien välille.
8. Patenttivaatimuksen 7 mukainen menetelmä, missä nanofibrilliselluloosa on kasviperäistä selluloosaa tai mikrobiaalisesti johdettua selluloosaa tai niiden yhdistelmää.
9. Patenttivaatimuksen 7 tai 8 mukainen menetelmä, missä nanofibrilliselluloosa on natiivia tai kemiallisesti modifioitua nanofibrilliselluloosaa.
10. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 7-9 mukainen menetelmä, missä nanofibrilliselluloosa on ionivaihdettua nanofibrilliselluloosaa.
11. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 7-10 mukainen menetelmä, missä erotusaine käsittää 0.1 - 100 p-% nanofibrilliselluloosaa.
12. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 7-11 mukainen menetelmä, missä erotusaine käsittää 0.1-20 p-% nanofibrilliselluloosaa vesipitoisessa dispersiossa.
13. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 7-12 mukainen menetelmä, missä ensimmäinen nestefaasi käsittää vesifaasin, valinnaisesti käsittää vähintään yhtä polaarista liuotinta.
14. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 7-13 mukainen menetelmä, missä faasien muodostus käsittää yhden tai useamman vaiheen, jotka valitaan sekoituksen, sentrifugoinnin ja laskeutumisen joukosta.
15. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 7-14 mukainen menetelmä, missä faasien poisto käsittää yhden tai useamman vaiheen, jotka valitaan dekantoinnin, pipetoinnin, valuttamisen ja pumppaamisen joukosta.
16. Menetelmä nukleiinihapon erottamiseksi nukleiinihappoa sisältävästä näytteestä, mainitun menetelmän käsittäessä vaiheet, missä näyte saatetaan kosketuksiin vähintään yhden orgaanisen liuottimen ja nanofibrilliselluloosaa käsittävän erotusaineen kanssa, minkä jälkeen muodostetaan ja erotetaan faasit, ja missä erotusaine muodostaa geelimäisen esteen tai välifaasin faasien välille.
17. Patenttivaatimuksen 16 mukainen menetelmä, nanofibrilliselluloosa on kasviperäistä selluloosaa tai mikrobiaalisesti johdettua selluloosaa tai niiden yhdistelmää.
18. Patenttivaatimuksen 16 tai 17 mukainen menetelmä, missä nanofibrilliselluloosa on natiivia tai kemiallisesti modifioitua nanofibrilliselluloosaa.
19. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 16 - 18 mukainen menetelmä, missä nanofibrilliselluloosa on ionivaihdettua nanofibrilliselluloosaa.
20. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 16 - 19 mukainen menetelmä, missä erotusaine käsittää 0.1-20 p-% nanofibrilliselluloosaa vesipitoisessa dispersiossa.
21. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 16 - 20 mukainen menetelmä, missä näyte käsittää vesipitoisen suolapuskuriliuoksen ja orgaaninen liuotin valitaan fenolin, kloroformin ja isoamyylialkoholin ja niiden yhdistelmien joukosta.
22. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 16 - 21 mukainen menetelmä, missä faasien muodostus toteutetaan sentrifugoimalla.
23. Väline faasien erotukseen, missä mainittu väline käsittää putken tai ruiskun ja mainittuun putkeen tai ruiskuun sisällytettyä geeliä, ja väline on steriloitu, mainitun geelin käsittäessä nanofibrilliselluloosan vesipitoista dispersiota.
24. Patenttivaatimuksen 23 mukainen väline, missä nanofibrilliselluloosa on kasviperäistä selluloosaa tai mikrobiaalisesti johdettua selluloosaa tai niiden yhdistelmää.
25. Patenttivaatimuksen 23 tai 24 mukainen väline, missä nanofibrilliselluloosa on natiivia tai kemiallisesti modifioitua nanofibrilliselluloosaa.
26. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 23 - 25 mukainen väline, missä nanofibrilliselluloosa on ionivaihdettua nanofibrilliselluloosaa.
27. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 23 - 26 mukainen väline, missä putki tai ruisku käsittää 0.1-20 p-% nanofibrilliselluloosaa vesipitoisessa dispersiossa.
28. Kitti nukleiinihappojen erotukseen, missä mainittu kitti käsittää nanofibrilliselluloosaa käsittävän erotusaineen sisällytettynä siihen.
