Claims (7)

1. Menetelmä spiraalimaisesti kierretyn ja hitsatun putken valmistamiseksi, joka menetelmä sisältää vaiheet, joissa: otetaan vastaan termoplastinen profiili (1) jolla on oleellisesti suorakulmainen poikkileikkaus liu'utusvälineille (12, 13), jotka on jäljestetty mainitun putken aksiaaliseen suuntaan ja määrittävät sylinterin muotoisen kelauspinnan, jonka halkaisija vastaa valmistettavan putken sisähalkaisijaa; hitsataan yhteen mainittujen profiilikäännösten vastakkaiset reunat (la, Ib) hitsausasemalla asettamalla puserrettua hitsausmassaa (6) mainittujen profiilikierrosten väliin ja puristamalla ne yhteen; tunnettu siitä, että vastaanotettu profiili (1) ohjataan spiraalimaista polkua (S) pitkin mainituilla liu'utusvälineillä (12, 13) kohti mainitun profiilin edellistä kierrosta mainitulla sylinterimäisellä pinnalla radiaalisesti suunnattujen telojen (10) avulla, jotka on sijoitettu mainitun spiraalimaisen polun varrelle, säätämällä mainittujen radiaalisesti järjestettyjen telojen (10) aksiaalista asemaa (d) mainitun spiraalimaisen polun (S) varrella; ja välitetään mainittu putki (4) eteenpäin aksiaaliseen suuntaan mainittujen telojen (10) avulla liputtamalla se pyörivälle kannattimelle (2A), jossa mainittuja radiaalisia teloja (10) ja aksiaalisia liu'utusvälineitä (12, 13) liikutetaan yksikköinä (15) pitkin mainitun hitsauslaitteen tähtimäisen kehikon radiaalisia ulokkeita (17).
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jossa kunkin telan (10) aksiaalista asemaa (d) siirretään vasteena voimamittarille (16), joka antaa indikaation aksiaalisen aseman (d) säätötarpeesta ja sen suuruudesta.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen menetelmä, jossa mainittuja radiaalisia teloja (10) ja aksiaalisia liu'utusvälineitä (12, 13) liikutetaan yksikköinä (15) pitkin mainitun hitsauslaitteen tähtimäisen kehikon radiaalisia ulokkeita (17) eri halkaisijoita omaavien putkien (4) muodostamiseksi.
4. Laite spiraalimaisesti kierretyn ja hitsatun putken valmistamiseksi, joka laite sisältää: liu'utusvälineet (12, 13) jäljestettyinä mainitun putken aksiaaliseen suuntaan ja jotka määrittävät sylinterin muotoisen kelauspinnan termoplastisen profiilin (1) vastaanottamiseksi, missä mainitun kelauspinnan halkaisija vastaa valmistettavan putken (4) sisähalkaisijaa; hitsausaseman järjestettynä ottamaan vastaan puserrettua hitsausmassaa (6) ja asettamaan mainittua massaa vähintään toiselle mainittujen profiilikäännösten vastakkaisille reunoille (la, Ib); ja välineen (10) puristaa yhteen mainittuja hitsattavia profiilikierroksia,'' tunnettu siitä, että mainitut välineet (10) käsittävät telat, jotka työntyvät oleellisesti radiaaliseen suuntaan pitkin mainittua kelauspintaa muodostaen spiraalimaisen polun (S) ohjaamaan vastaanotettua profiilia (1) kohti mainitun profiilin viimeksi kelattua kierrosta, ja kuljetusvälineen (2A) ottamaan vastaan ja pyörittämään mainittua putkea (4) sen liikuttamiseksi eteenpäin aksiaalisessa suunnassa poispäin mainituista liu'utusvälineistä (12, 13), missä mainitut telat (10) on varustettu välineellä (14) niiden aksiaalisten asemien (d) säätämiseksi mainitun spiraalimaisen polun (S) varrella, ja että mainitut telat (10) ja mainitut aksiaaliset liu’utusvälineet (12, 13) on jäljestetty mainitun hitsauslaitteen tähtimäisen kehikon radiaalisille ulokkeille (17) ja liikuteltavissa pitkin mainittuja ulokkeita säätölaitteilla (18).
5. Patenttivaatimuksen 4 mukainen laite, jossa mainittu säätöväline (14) on järjestetty siirtämään kunkin telan (10) aksiaalista asemaa (d), ja mainittu säätöväline (14) sisältää voimamittarin (16) indikoimaan tarvetta aksiaalisen aseman (d) säätämiselle ja sen suuruudelle.
6. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 4-5 mukainen laite, jossa mainitut telat (10) ja liu'utusväline (12, 13) on rakennettu yksiköksi (15), joka käsittää kaksi aksiaalista pyörivää terästelaa (12, 13) ja yhden radiaalisen pyörivän telan (10).
7. Patenttivaatimuksen 6 mukainen laite, jossa mainitut yksiköt (15) on järjestetty olemaan liikuteltavissa mainituilla radiaalisilla ulokkeilla (17) eri halkaisijoita omaavien putkien (4) muodostamiseksi.
