Claims (3)
1. Förfarande för rening av luft kontaminerad av utsläpp som uppkommer i en träförädlingsprocess, varvid 5 utsläppen frän träförädlingsprocessen matas till en rege-nerativ oxidationsanordning (100) med regenerativa värme-växlarmedel (108, 110, 112) som innehäller kiseloxid och en värmekälla (122) för förbränning av brinnande orenheter som ingär i utsläppen, kännetecknat av att 10 de kontaminerade utsläppen upphettas tili en re- glerad förbränningstemperatur, som är som högst under cir-ka 538 °C (1 000 °F); de kontaminerade utsläppen matas tili ett oxida-tionskatalysatormedel (114, 116, 118) beläget i nämnda ox-15 idant (100), varvid oxidationskatalysatormedlen ästadkom-mer förbränning av de kontaminerade utsläppen under en temperatur pä cirka 538°C (1 000 °F) för att producera re-nad luft och förhindra att kalium eller natrium som upp-kommit i träförädlingsprocessen reagerar med kiseloxiden i 20 nämnda oxidationsanordning (100).
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, känneteck nat av att den regenerativa oxidationsanordningen (100) innehäller regenerativa skikt (102, 104, 106), vilka har gjorts lämpliga att förverkliga matar-, värmeväxlar- och 25 sköljfunktioner cykliskt; ^ ett kanalnät, som omfattar matarkanaler (126, 128, O ^ 130) och skölj- och utloppskanaler (132, 134, 136) för cp vart och ett skikt, värmeväxlarmedel (108, 110, 112) för o vart och ett skikt, oxidationskatalysatorerna (114, 116, 30 118) för vart och ett skikt för att ta emot en utsläppsin- CL matning pä motsvarande sätt frän vart och ett skikt; en förbränningskammare (120), som är gemensam för co ^ nämnda oxidationskatalysator (114, 116, 118) och nämnda skikt; 12 periodvis fungerande ventiler för tillvaratagande av nämnda renade luft och styrning av respektive skikts nämnda matnings-, avlednings- och sköljfunktioner, inklu-sive en sköljmatarkanal för vart och ett skikt för rening 5 av skiktet och motsvarande oxidationskatalysator; varvid förfarandet omfattar tillvaratagning av nämnda renade luft; cirkulation av den renade luften som sköljluft ge-nom ett regenerativt skikt och motsvarande oxidationskata-10 lysator; avledning av nämnda sköljluft via nämnda gemensam-ma förbränningskammare (120) till ett olikt skikt av nämnda skikt och genom det för att utföra sköljning ocksä av oxidationskatalysatorn som ingär däri och motsvarande re-15 generativa skikt.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kän-netecknat av att oxidationskatalysatorn har valts frän metalloxidkatalysatorgruppens medlem platina, palladium, rodium, iridium, rutenium, vanadin, koppar, mangan, ceri-20 um, krom, deras oxider och kombinationer av nämnda metall-och metalloxidkatalysatorer. δ cm o o X cc CL oo o 00 00 I'-- CD
