Claims (8)

1. Bakteriefermenteringsodling med stor celltät-het, kännetecknad av att den omfattar ett fosfatglas 5 som fosforkalla, varvid fosfatglaset minskar utfällningen av fosfat jämfört med celler som odlas i odlingssubstrat utan fosfatglas.
2. Odling enligt patentkraven 1, kännetecknad av att narnnda fosfatglas väljs frän en grupp, som bestär 10 av natriumfosfatglas med formeln P04 - (PO3) n - P04/ var vid kedjornas längder varierar mellan cirka n = 2 och cir-ka n = 100.

6. Odling enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad 25 av att odlingen med stor celltäthet ger ett utbyte, som är mera än 20 gram av cellens torrvikt/liter odlingssubstrat.
7. Odling enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad av att odlingssubstratet omfattar glukos i en koncentra-tion, som är 45 g/liter - 75 g/liter.
8. Odling enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad av att bakteriefermenteringsodlingen omfattar E. coli, som exprimerar ett rekombinantprotein.
