Claims (9)
1. Sandwichlaminat bestäende av en stärkelseskum-kärna (1) och minst ett skiktmaterial (2) , kanne- 5 tecknad därav, att stärkelseskumkärnan (1) är ett elastiskt eller härdat stärkelseskum och bestär av stav-formiga strängar (5) eller av strängar (6) , som slingrar sig ormlikt, av stärkelseskum.
2. Sandwichlaminat enligt patentkrav 1, k ä n -10 netecknad därav, att skiktmaterialet (2) bestär av biologiskt nedbrytbart material, företrädesvis av modi-fierad stärkelse, papper och/eller papp resp. kartong och/eller folie.
3. Sandwichlaminat enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, 15 kännetecknad därav, att stärkelseskumkärnan (1) har en volymvikt pä 10 - 250 kg/m3 och skiktmaterialet (2) har en ytvikt pä 10 - 800 g/m2.
4. Förfarande för framställning av ett sandwichlaminat enligt nägot av patentkraven 1 - 3, med 20 stegen: a) framställning av stärkelseskummet i en sträng-sprutanläggning (3) och bildning av stärkelseskumkärnan (1), b) omedelbart därpä kontinuerligt införande av ; 25 stärkelseskumkärnan (1) som stavformiga strängar (5) eller , som strängar (6), som slingrar sig ormlikt, in situ mellan skiktmaterialet (2) och c) komprimering av stärkelseskumkärnan (1) och - _ samtidigt förbindning med skiktmaterialet (2) för bildning 30 av sandwichlaminatet.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 4, k ä n n e - * t e c k n a t därav, att stärkelseskummet strängsprutas ; med en volymvikt pä 10 - 250 kg/m3.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 4 eller 5, 35 kännetecknat därav, att stärkelseskumkärnan ' (1) förbinds med ett skiktmaterial (2) av biologiskt ned- 11292G brytbart material, företrädesvis av modifierad stärkelse, papper och/eller papp eller kartong och/eller folie.
7. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 4-6, kännetecknat därav, att stärkelseskumkärnan 5 (1) omedelbart efter strängsprutningen förs mellan skiktmaterialet (2) och förbinds därmed.
8. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 4-7, kännetecknat därav, att vid härd inställning av stärkelseskumkärnan (1) och/eller en tjocklek för sand- 10 wichplattan pä mer än 20 mm vid förfaringssteget (c) skärs sandwichlaminatet till en förutbestämd längd.
9. Användning av sandwichlaminatet enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, vilket har framställts medelst förfa-randet enligt nägot av patentkraven 4-8, som byggnadsma- 15 terial för kyl-, värme-, ljud- och chockabsorption, som förpackningsmaterial för transport och stötskydd, som skyltning och bärare för plakat, posters, bilder, och som konstruktionsprodukter inom möbel-, bil-, byggnads- och förpackningsindustrin, samt vid trädgärdsodling och jord- 2. bruk. • · »
