Claims (10)

1. Förfarande för att i en mobilteleapparat observera en hemregion genom att med mobilteleapparaten jämföra (8) frän cellulämätets basstationer konunande data med pä förhand bestämda (1-6) och i mobilteleapparaten lagrade hemregiondata, känne- 5 tecknat av att om data som mobilteleapparaten mottagit ligger inom ett pä förhand defmierat toleransomräde jämfört med hemregiondata, är slutsatsen att mobilteleapparaten be-fiimer sig i hemregion (9) varvid information om att mobilteleapparaten finns i hemregion sänds tili nätet, 10 och om data som mobilteleapparaten mottagit inte ligger inom det pä förhand defmierade toleransomrädet jämfört med hemregiondata, är slutsatsen att mobilteleapparaten befinner utanför (11) hemregion.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att hemregiondata bestäms (Ιό) pä basen av följande data: 15 a) den mobila kommunikationens landskod MCC, b) mobilteleapparatnätes kod MNC, c) vistelseomrädeskoden LAC, samt den anslutande cellens kod Cl tili alla all-mänsändningskanaler BCCH som mobilteleapparaten kan motta, d) styrkan RSS hos de signaler som mottas frän varje allmänsändningskanal 20 BCCH, e) avständet frän varje basstation BTS över allmänsändningskanalema BCCH, f) förhandstidsregteringen TA.
