Claims (9)

1. Förfarande för framställning av ett poröst, format administreringsmedel, kännetecknat av, att 5 a) en blandning, som innehäller ca 0,01 - 1000 mg nyttoämne och ca 1 - 10 % av en vattenlöslig polymer, läg-ges i en första form; b) blandningen fryses, varvid ett nedkylt förstadie-medel uppstär; 10 c) en annan form bringas i kontakt med det frysta förstadiemedlets blottade yta under ett sädant tryck och en sadan temperatur, och under sä läng tid, att ytan lokalt blir vätskeformig, formas och fryses igen; och d) det frysta förstadiemedlet frystorkas, vavid det 15 porösa, formade administreringsmedlet uppstär, vars poröshet är ca 85 - 98 % utan aktivt ämne.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, känne tecknat av, att blandningen innehäller ett farma-ceutiskt ämne. 20
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 2, k ä n n e - t e c k n a t av, att blandningen innehäller minst cirka 85 % vatten.
