Claims (15)
1. Förfarande för framställning av hydrofoba polymerfiberfilament, vilka uppvisar en förhöjd fri ytenergi, vilket förfarande omfattar följande steg 5. en smälta av hydrofob polymer bildas, - polymeren smältspinnes för att bilda filament, - aviveringsmedel appliceras pä filamenten, kännetecknat därav, att förfarandet omfattar ett steg, i vilket ätminstone ett ylbehandlingssteg utförs pä filamenten för att höja deras fria ytenergi. 10
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att ytbehandlingssteget omfattar en koronaurladdnings-, plasma- eller flambehandling.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att polymeren är 15 en polyolefin, företrädesvis polypropen.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, 2 eller 3, kännetecknat därav, att aviveringsmedlet appliceras pä filamenten efter ytbehandlingssteget. 20
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven, kännetecknat därav, att ytbehandlingssteget utförs efter filamentbildningen efter smältspinningen, i närheten därav.

Produktionslinje för framställning av hydrofoba polymerfiberfilament, 15 företrädesvis polyolefin-, säsom polypropenfiberfilament, vilken produktionslinje omfattar - anordningar (11,12) for framställning av polymerfilament av en polymersmälta, - anordningar (14, 16, 21) for applicering av aviveringsmedel pä 20 filamenten och eventuellt anordningar for krusning (23) och kapning (24) av filamenten tili stapelfibrer, käiounetecknad därav, att produktionslinjen omfattar - anordningar (15, 20) for ytbehandling av filamenten för att höja den? fria ytenergi. 25
12. Produktionslinje enligt patentkravet 11, kännetecknad därav, att ytbehandlingsanordningama omfattar en koronaurladdnings- eller plasmabehandlingsenhet. 107343
