EL VECTOR DE EXPRESION QUE TIENE UN SISTEMA DE REPLICACION FUNCIONAL EN UN MICROORGANISMO HOSPEDANTE, SEÑALES REGULADORAS DE INICIACION Y TERMINACION DE LA TRANSCRIPCION Y DE LA TRADUCCION FUNCIONALES EN DICHO HOSPEDANTE; Y UNA SECUENCIA DE ADN ENTRE LAS SEÑALES, QUE CODIFICA UN POLIPEPTIDO (I), CON RADICALES INDICADOS EN LA MEMORIA; SE OBTIENE MEDIANTE LAS ETAPAS: A) AISLAR EL ARNM DE UN VIRUS DE VIRUELA; B) SOMETERLE A TRANSCRIPCION INVERSA PARA PRODUCIR ADN MONOCATENARIO; C) A PARTIR DE ESTE, PREPARAR ADN BICATENARIO; D) AISLAR LA SECUENCIA DE ADN BICATENARIO QUE CODIFICA EL POLIPEPTIDO; Y E) INSERTAR ESTA SECUENCIA ENTRE LAS SEÑALES DE INICIACION Y TERMINACION DEL VECTOR.
